I wish that they would let ICA wash her hair everyday before coming to court!  I'm sure she's only getting 2 to 3 showers per week, standard protocol.  The oil slick on her hair is just gross!!!!  Someone have a screen cap of Cindy today?

I hate to say this GULP, brace yourself, you can do it..............ICA looked alot cuter with short hair.  She looks even more skanky with that long greasy mess.  I wonder if she's trying to "impress someone"? (like maybe someone mentioned they liked long hair)

I agree with you on that. I was don't think it did her good for appearance sake to not get a makeover for court. She looks very harsh and really older. A short do was better.

Wouldn't you think that Mumbles would tell Bozo what not to say during questioning so that he doesn't open doors like this?  Mumbles isn't shy.  He's got to be telling Bozo these things.  So, is Bozo ignoring him or just so intent on making his point he forgets and stumbles into these doors on his own?

Juror 11 and 12 have been guilty verdicts since day one, JMO

I do agree with this Capp...during Kaitlin's murder trial the two jurors that we thought were bored and not paying attention stopped the family as we were leaving after the verdict and told us that they pretty much had decided his guilt based upon the evidence the prosecution had presented...

From what I've heard through several "talking heads" on various TV shows, I have the impression that Jurors 11 and 12 are pretty strong for the prosecution. Those two, I'm not worried about.

Anti-seizure meds can be prescribed for other uses, such as for nerve pain.  For example, Topamax is considered an anti-seizure medication but my son's neurologist prescribes it to my son for prevention of migraines.  That's just one example.

  I took it for nerve pain, and I lost a lot of weight on it, as well (so much so, that I had to stop taking it). 

As for the syringe, it seems ridiculous for Baez to bring it up, much less get somebody on the stand to say that there was testosterone found in there.  Doesn't make sense to link Casey to that, and certainly makes even less sense to link George to it...  no way in heck George was shooting Caylee up with testosterone.

Juror 11 and 12 have been guilty verdicts since day one, JMO

and i am not that worried about juror 4.  If she is wishy washy or defense leaning, she never sounded that certain of her convictions.  To me someone who says I don't like to judge is someone who might be easily swayed by others who have a firm opinion of guilt or innocence.  I think by now and def. by the time this is over, there will be at least a couple jurors who will have a strong opinion of guilt and will be able to convince her of it if she isn't certain.  The WORST case scenario would be a much lesser charge or hung jury.  I don't think she has a 1% chance of going free.

I think she is thinking the long hair will signal her preferred position to possible jail buddies.

I have a question: in Kentucky, at the end of a criminal trial, two of the jurors are excused as alternates. Does this happen in Florida, too? Maybe we'll get lucky and Juror #4 will go.
