In reading a little past the chloroform stuff in cindy's depo she starts talking about the "bat" phones that lee bought everyone in the family so they could stay in touch with each other.  That whole family is nutso!

They truly are.....and they DID NOT deserve Caylee....she deserved so much more than she received...

A few pages after all the bat phone gems Cindy states that she, George and Casey decided not to pursue child support for caylee bc the three of them " Did not want anybody to have that"  when asked what "that" was she stated, "A relationship with caylee". I understood that it had only been recently deleted when LE collected the desk top from the A's in July 2008, and computer forensics retrieved the firefox history in an allocated area on the hard drive. That's where the chloroform, neck-breaking, shovel, etc searches were discovered...I could be wrong though...

My understanding is that Casey cleaned up after herself & the stuff the expert retrieved was from the harddrive. The stuff that was left. Iow, we can delete but there will always be traces that can show history unless it's overwritten. Or replaced. There's absolutely no way the computer searched chloroform 84 times on it's own in March of 2008 based from a single search done by Cindy. Just look at the history & all the times vs sites visited. Cindy doesn't want her daughter to get the needle.

Sure would be ironic of they added a chloro byproduct to the tri mixture of her injection.

I was a workmans' comp coordinator and sometimes they had a PI follow the employee if they thought they were lying about an injury.  I think someone should follow the A's around. 
I also think that Baez did some witness tampering!  I hope that he is disbarred after this trial and is living on the streets.  Oh and when KC gets convicted or a hung jury I see her accusing Baez of sexual harassment since he won't be taking on her case again.

Casey and Caylee had their own rooms.  Lee's bedroom had been converted into the computer room.  Since it needed it's own privacy, now that it roamed at night.

Please, when will Baez, Casey and the defense team be forbid to do texting in real time in Court?

IMO
Baez texting means a person, an unknown entity, not sworn in, to the Court is texting and exchanging information that is helping the defense in real time with background information, or questions to ask or strategy or only things only God knows. This IMO is an unilateral breach of ethics that I have never seen. Defense attorneys always seem to be the butt of jokes, but this is a disgrace to the profession! IMO

Judge Alex just on Showbiz Tonight....he said it is not unusual he has seen it many times despite the evidence for the mother or father to get up and lie for their child and that the prosecution will probably just put it out there to the jury that Sindy and GeorgieBoy are in a bad position and that they really should not have covered for their daughter, but ultimately they are parents who love their daughter...he did not seem worried about todays testimony at all and said that he still feels at this point that the prosecution has a very strong circumstantial case...fwiw...
