I am totally convinced now that KC is a full blown psychopath. Anna made an amazing observation re Cindy and the dogs. I bet KC tested her recipe of chloroform on the dogs first, as Anna suggested... wow.. just wow.. The Ants better hope KC NEVER gets out because she will kill again
What kind of weirdo family has two people doing  chloroform searches.  The only way I'd buy it is if for whatever wacko reason she had Cindy looked up something to do with chloroform and Casey heard about it and thought that ain't a bad idea at all

Unless they were into neighborhood "Do it yourself" surgery on the kitchen table --- discount prices, don'cha know?

Exactly!  What are the odds of BOTH of them being into chloroform inquiries?  But I think Cindy found or overheard something or had a dropdown search show up which she followed.  She suspected something and not about the dogs and bamboo.

I think Cindy was at work when those searches were done and it was Casey searching and Cindy told a lie about being home from work when her employment record says she was at work.

March 17th is a MONDAY.......Cindy's busy day.......meetings @ work every Monday afternoon

Searches for how to make chloroform Monday March 17th.....seems to me the state can easily check & verify if Cindy was present for the Monday March 17th meeting or not.

Who believes Cindy left work early on her busiest work day, ran home and started searching info on chlorophyll???????   NOT ME!!!

Lying POS!!!

do me a favor...can you send this to Vinnie P. or someone like Nancy G.? this is an excellent point and needs to be made...thanks!

Ok....so, can my computer frame me for a murder if I go to bed?

Apparently some seem to think so.

Now I'm afraid to go to bed!  No telling what my computer might do.

Mine won't get a chance. I will be unplugging my modem since I know how easily I could get framed for  no telling what.

Bottom line is anyone who believed Cindy should unplug their modem when they are not on their computer. BTW, I asked someone who is our IT guy about that and he just laughed at me.

More code here that I couldn't find on the "Helpful abbreviations" list.  Can anyone enlighten a curious monkey?

BBM
I am thinking that CA is the same POS individual who I had to BS her spokesperson and her to get TES to be able to search for missing Caylee.
Hi Aurelia  POS = Piece of S**t (poo poo), BS = Bulls**t and TES = Tim Miller's group Texas Equusearch.

Embarassed  Thank you!  But boy...do I feel silly now for not knowing what they meant.  Embarassed

According to the list of guests, Babybear is not here.  Can anyone else answer this?

I don't think the State got the testimony they needed from Cindy.  Cindy lied. The glue that holds this all together is Casey's motive.  Now, I am aware that the State isn't required to show motive, but in this case it is necessary to do so to explain what and why it happened.  If the jury doesn't know about the fight between Cindy and Casey on June 15th, the murder is inexplicable.  However, if one considers that Cindy told Casey many times she was an unfit mother, and told a lot of other people too, and did so again in the final blow-up.  She had learned from her mother, Shirley Pleasea, that Casey had stolen money from the the Pleasea's bank account.  IMO that was the final straw.  When Cindy confronted Casey, a physical fight broke out and Cindy attacked Casey.  Casey grabbed precious Caylee and dragged her out the door.  Shortly thereafter, Casey killed Caylee.  Nothing else adds up.  Without the whole story, the jury can't render a correct verdict, IMO.

I apologize if this question has been asked/answered before:  Is it a fact that the jury has not been told of this fight between Cindy and Casey?  If not, why?  Were there no witnesses to the fight?  And what are the chances of the jury being told about this?

Well, I've had Yorkies and I've had bamboo.  I think March for the shoots would be a little early even for Florida.  Not much a Yorkie can do with the older plants.  But just call a vet if you have questions.

BTW, I don't think bamboo results in any harmful effects on any animal that eats it and horses absolutely love it.

If it were later than March, the Yorksters might munch on the new shoots but the old stuff in March, not so much.

OK..let's say she was into diagnosing her pets herself...how about PetMD for starters?  Why would you jump from sleepy dog to chlorophyll?   Here we all go again ..trying to make sense out of nonsense.

So true;  If my dogs saw me typing in "sleepy dog/chlorophyll" they'd be packing up their Louis Vuittons & water bowls and heading on out the door, post haste!!!!!!!! lol

Honorable Judge Perry:

Please, when will Baez, Casey and the defense team be forbid to do texting in real time in Court?

IMO
Baez texting means a person, an unknown entity, not sworn in, to the Court is texting and exchanging information that is helping the defense in real time with background information, or questions to ask or strategy or only things only God knows. This IMO is an unilateral breach of ethics that I have never seen. Defense attorneys always seem to be the butt of jokes, but this is a disgrace to the profession! IMO

I agree---and it's rude too.

Of course she did bc it's her busiest day at work every Monday. She even said most Mkndays she doesn't get a chance for lunch. She also said Casey didn't normally ask her to watch Caylee on Mondays bc Casey knows that's her bust day filled with meetings & such. I believe she said this in response to being asked about Casey stopping at Gentiva on occasion and calling her mother at work.

I was looking further and on Casey's cell phone numbers 2 pages below CA time sheet. there is a number and it says its for Special K.  Not sure who this is for but that caught my eye after the testimony about the cat tranquilizer called special K/

Wasn't the computer room converted to Caylee's room. Where was the desktop in the house.
Casey and Caylee had their own rooms.  Lee's bedroom had been converted into the computer room.  Since it needed it's own privacy, now that it roamed at night.

Thank goodness the Rosebud computer slept at night and only did its own searches during the day.  I just shut the door to my office in case I have a nocturnal crawler of a bad computer.  With all the searches I have done for this case mine must be looking up very strange stuff when it is bored.  Would not surprise me if google has served a cease and desist against my computer by now.

Aurelia, it is a fact the jury hasn't been told bc now it's hearsay as George & Cindy denied it happening. It's a delong to choke somebody so they didn't wanna incriminate one another I gather. Not sure.

No wonder how all those poor men get caught with child porn on their computers.  The computers must have looked it all up while these poor men were sleeping.

Who'd a thunk it????

I know, this is absurd.  If I thought my dog ate bamboo and it was making him sick, I would google, is bamboo safe for dogs, or something like that.   How did she get from bamboo to chlorophyll anyway?

I've had internet issues for the last few days.  I'm assuming it's been due to the storms as it also affects my cell phone.

I've been watching the trial videos at night with no problem.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing today.

I think they should string the two of them up together, like a pair of nun chuks.

Cindy now wrecked her own credibility or accountability, we now know Cindy was able to stealthily come and go at work according to her testimony today.  Lie or not, this is her testimony.

Cindy accepted responsibility for the chloroform searches- even though a computer expert said no way entering chlorophill would come up as a possibile search.

I dont think she came off leaving a spec of reasonable doubt.

I think she came off looking mental.

She made more sense while she was having her breakdown on the stand and wailing in the bathroom.  I think she lost a lot of the jurors sympathy today as the grieving Grandmother.

Anyone ever get a pop up taking you to a youtube video?? the IT guy on the jury will explain it to the rest of them
Yes, and when he does, the nurse will explain why no RN who has practiced for more than a year would need to look up "inhalation."

There's a difference between crawling for search assistance & a chloroform search done 84 times. No way was that from
a crawl. No way. Your it guy is right to laugh bc he's educated enough to know it's a joke.
