IMO Cindy actually believes when all this BS she is saying now is proven to be a LIE, people and the courts will give her pass because her daughter killed her granddaughter.

  ITA

I'm curious as to what her mom, brothers and family friends think of her testimony today.

I don't think any of them think much of her anyway. If you notice none of them were around even when they were spouting that nonsense that Caylee was just missing. My whole family would have been living at my house if something bad happened. I don't think any of their family believed them to begin with in this train wreck.

The timesheet says that Cindy worked 10 hours on March 17.  I can't imagine that a supervisor filled in her timesheet and showed her working anything "over" 8 hours if Cindy wasn't there the entire day.

Well, I can't recall any case where the Defendant was acquitted because their mother said so therefore I am not too concerned with anything Cindy says at this point.

I will now try to get some sleep, ever in fear of what my computer is doing in the meanwhile.

In a murder case here the mother and his girlfriend testified that the son was in bed asleep when it occurred and he still was convicted. The were charged after the trial too.  I think most people feel that Cindy would lie for KC and didn't take what she said as credible evidence at all.

Ok....so, can my computer frame me for a murder if I go to bed?

Apparently some seem to think so.

Now I'm afraid to go to bed!  No telling what my computer might do.

Mine won't get a chance. I will be unplugging my modem since I know how easily I could get framed for  no telling what.

Bottom line is anyone who believed Cindy should unplug their modem when they are not on their computer. BTW, I asked someone who is our IT guy about that and he just laughed at me.

There's a difference between crawling for search assistance & a chloroform search done 84 times. No way was that from
a crawl. No way. Your it guy is right to laugh bc he's educated enough to know it's a joke.

I heard on one of the talk shows, and I believe the woman saying this was part of the FBI team, and she indicated that there may have been an issue with the program they used to review the computer, they were checking into that now.  She said that it could have been that myspace had been accessed 84 times, and not the search for chloroform. I think it was on the joy Beher show. sorry I don't remember, I was listening and not watching.

That's not what was testified to, though. Omg it was searched 84 times or it wasn't. The computer forensic experts should know the difference. Like somebody else said, have whomever wrote the program decipher the search history. Omg this has given me such a headache. When will we have a definitive answer on the searches?

Well, I've had Yorkies and I've had bamboo.  I think March for the shoots would be a little early even for Florida.  Not much a Yorkie can do with the older plants.  But just call a vet if you have questions.

BTW, I don't think bamboo results in any harmful effects on any animal that eats it and horses absolutely love it.

If it were later than March, the Yorksters might munch on the new shoots but the old stuff in March, not so much.

OK..let's say she was into diagnosing her pets herself...how about PetMD for starters?  Why would you jump from sleepy dog to chlorophyll?   Here we all go again ..trying to make sense out of nonsense.

So true;  If my dogs saw me typing in "sleepy dog/chlorophyll" they'd be packing up their Louis Vuittons & water bowls and heading on out the door, post haste!!!!!!!! lol

I know, this is absurd.  If I thought my dog ate bamboo and it was making him sick, I would google, is bamboo safe for dogs, or something like that.   How did she get from bamboo to chlorophyll anyway?

I don't know--that's a good question.  And the common sense thing to do would be to call your vet instead of "Googling" ...  unless the Anthonys are "do it yourself" vets also.  LOL

Since my brain is totally fried anyway..here goes another.  If she saw her dog eating the bamboo...why didn't she say...stop that???

Picture this.  Totally quiet here.  No noise, even birds are silent at the moment.  Everybody is in bed.  Then, I read "why didn't she say...stop that" and burst out laughing.  I scared the birds.    I need to turn some sound on.

Seeking Justice for Caylee

« Reply #2547 on: June 24, 2011, 12:39:18 AM »

March 17th is a MONDAY.......Cindy's busy day.......meetings @ work every Monday afternoon

Searches for how to make chloroform Monday March 17th.....seems to me the state can easily check & verify if Cindy was present for the Monday March 17th meeting or not.

Who believes Cindy left work early on her busiest work day, ran home and started searching info on chlorophyll???????   NOT ME!!!

Lying POS!!!

do me a favor...can you send this to Vinnie P. or someone like Nancy G.? this is an excellent point and needs to be made...thanks!

sindy's time sheet..scroll down to page 11

Wow, they show she actualyl worked late that day.  Interesting.

OK...it shows she worked over 40 hour a week...every week.  On the stand Sindy says...we would have to balance out the week so we COULD not claim OT (paraphrasing).  What was considered OT?  50 hours??  So if you are 'fudging' your time card..why not just put 8 hours every day and be done?  Just put down...arrive 8AM  leave 5PM?

I hate when these liars think you are as stupid as they are.   The state probably won't go after her till after the trial, if they do at all.  But, I sure hope they do.
Exactly!  I am behind and didn't see your post (and others) who are thinking along the same lines I am.

(snipped)
She will be recalled to testify and I have a feeling it is not going to be pretty, as I am betting that Ashton left while she was lying to get a subpoena for all her records and the office staff there.
[/quote]

If I remember correctly, the very last evidence submitted before the state rested were George and Cindy's employment records.  The state does not have to get any subpoena... they have had them, and entered them into evidence in their CIC.

No Blusey I haven't read her coworkers statement but I am def going to tomorrow.  I meant to tell you sorry about your surgery but thank God you were smart enough to go to the ER yourself.  Hope all is well for you now.  I so hope, no, I know JA and LDB are smart enough to stick it to CA!  That lil eyebrow raise and smirk ICA did when her Mom starting lying on the stand might have been a HAHA the beotch just hung herself!  Night all.

I have not yet found in any of the discovery where a search was made for chlorophyll in the computer forensics.  I am not done, just tired and will resume tomorrow unless someone else finds it.
I have also told my computer to behave while crawling and to not get me arrested on a flippin whim and to not attend a anything but ram party.
