if you look to march 25 of CA,s work schedule they note she took 2 hours off during early afternoon and came back. why would it show her over time and when she left early but screw up her time sheet on this one day-march 17th?

I didn't notice that, hope Linda did though.

Looks like she came in at 3:00 PM and stayed until 6:00 - the chloroform searches were on the 17th & 18th.

I think what is important though is that she was gone for 2 hours and the company noted it, so she could not have left work on the 17th early and it not be recorded, IMO.

Oh great point.................I never believed her to begin with so I wasn't looking for that.

That's funny, I have not left this site in hours, and I am not showing.  I am logged in, not hidden that I know of.  Does the site uninclude me in that list if I get idle?

When you refresh, you jump to the top of the list. If you're here but don't refresh, you'll keep falling to the bottom of the list until you "fall off".

Oh, that makes sense.  I am at work, supposedly, and come back here every document or so, so I may fall off the page.

Just did a report on a guy who is suicidal cause he found out his wife is having an affair.  Poor guy.

The smirk on her face!

http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/local/caylee-anthony/os-casey-anthony-george-cindy-cnn-20110623,0,5163305.story
By Walter Pacheco, Orlando Sentinel

Mark Lippman, the attorney for the parents of accused child-killer Casey Anthony, denied the CNN report that his clients think Casey Anthony is guilty of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie.

Lippman did not appear on camera during the Anderson Cooper 360 report that aired Wednesday on CNN, but he spoke about that interview this morning from the Orange County Courthouse during a break in testimony in the Casey Anthony murder trial.

"I've never said they thought she was guilty," Lippman said. "I only said they have no idea what happened. They have no idea what the facts are. That's why they're sitting in the courtroom every single day. They hope they can get some semblance of truth."

Lippman added that "obviously" there was some misunderstanding in the reporting.

Sidebar comment:  Casey Jordan says her heart is broken as well & feels completely bamboozled - HLN Live right now

Typical lawyer spin.  A "no comment" would have been sufficient instead of dancing around the question.  He's taken on the Anthony's way of answering questions!  Wonder how George and Cin Cin are faring lately with not working and all.  Living off those donations still?
Sorry--snark alert time:  Monies are going for cruises, tattoos, jewelry, new outfits for Cindy's fluctuating weight and freshly cut and styled hair, especially for trial time, and new starchy dress shirts for George.  So no worries there.  Guess they also have some extra cash now that KC isn't around anymore stealing from them!

AND that again contradicts her testimony today about how her supervisor just recorded 8 hours a day for her, regardless of how many hours she worked.

Remember LInda said, when talking about April Whalen, the otehr day, that a concerned citizen contacted them or the police?

How would a concerned citizen go about contacting somebody?

I don't know for sure, but this is a link for Orange County Sheriff's Dept.  It's the "contact" page.

More code here that I couldn't find on the "Helpful abbreviations" list.  Can anyone enlighten a curious monkey?

BBM
I am thinking that CA is the same POS individual who I had to BS her spokesperson and her to get TES to be able to search for missing Caylee.
Hi Aurelia  POS = Piece of S**t (poo poo), BS = Bulls**t and TES = Tim Miller's group Texas Equusearch.

Embarassed  Thank you!  But boy...do I feel silly now for not knowing what they meant.  Embarassed

According to the list of guests, Babybear is not here.  Can anyone else answer this?

I don't think the State got the testimony they needed from Cindy.  Cindy lied. The glue that holds this all together is Casey's motive.  Now, I am aware that the State isn't required to show motive, but in this case it is necessary to do so to explain what and why it happened.  If the jury doesn't know about the fight between Cindy and Casey on June 15th, the murder is inexplicable.  However, if one considers that Cindy told Casey many times she was an unfit mother, and told a lot of other people too, and did so again in the final blow-up.  She had learned from her mother, Shirley Pleasea, that Casey had stolen money from the the Pleasea's bank account.  IMO that was the final straw.  When Cindy confronted Casey, a physical fight broke out and Cindy attacked Casey.  Casey grabbed precious Caylee and dragged her out the door.  Shortly thereafter, Casey killed Caylee.  Nothing else adds up.  Without the whole story, the jury can't render a correct verdict, IMO.

I apologize if this question has been asked/answered before:  Is it a fact that the jury has not been told of this fight between Cindy and Casey?  If not, why?  Were there no witnesses to the fight?  And what are the chances of the jury being told about this?

They were not told of the fight.  I think the reason is no one will fess up to it.

Thank you for that answer.  It's too bad the jury can't learn of this.

Also, thank you to BluesyGram for also answering my first question, along with yuknomenot.

I found this from here:   http://www.justicequest.net/forums/showthread.php?p=650234

Thinking of emailing her.  If I email her, would that A.  Open up my email and my name to the duffense, and B.  Cause an issue with the trial?

Phone: (407) 836-2400

E-Mail: LDRANE-BURDICK@SA09.ORG

Any opinions?  I am sure she connected the dots, but this bugs me that this woman can lie like that and have no repercussions.

This is a much bigger lie than Rodriguz saying he cofouned the body farm.  His lie will not help a killer get off, hers might.

Seems odd to me that Cindy took such diligence to find out information for her dog, but didn't ever talk/speak/see Zanny the person taking care of her grand-daughter. Just doesn't make sense for such a controller-type personality.

Yes, and that's exactly why I don't think Cindy ever really believed she was working either.

Yes, that's true. Can we say "enabler"?

I've just one more question for the night.  And again, I apologize if it's been addressed before.  I've been following the case since it began, but I only just joined this website less than two weeks ago so I'm a bit behind when it comes to analyzing the facts as you all do.

I noticed the search for "One Tree Hill" in the midst of all the other strange searches.  I'm wondering if there's possibly any significance to this TV show?  A similar plot line or a clue of sorts to be found?
