Well, I've had Yorkies and I've had bamboo.  I think March for the shoots would be a little early even for Florida.  Not much a Yorkie can do with the older plants.  But just call a vet if you have questions.

BTW, I don't think bamboo results in any harmful effects on any animal that eats it and horses absolutely love it.

If it were later than March, the Yorksters might munch on the new shoots but the old stuff in March, not so much.

I have a yorkie too and I don't think the bamboo had anything to do with the dogs being unwell or whatever.  I think Casey knew Cindy loved her dogs and was poisoning them too, maybe trying out her concoctions on them before she used it on Caylee.  KC wants to destroy everything Cindy loves, be it the dogs, the baby, or Cindys husband...KC is one jealous creature.
Cindy claimed she had a friend that was in a bad accident, so she was looking up medical info.
I wished Linda would have asked Cindy the name of that friend. I don't think Cindy has many friends, so that should be an easy one to prove.
I also wish Linda would have asked her about the "special' internet they have at Gentiva.  Did Al Gore invent that one too??

iirc it was an episode where a nanny steals a baby

Oh, holy cow...seriously?!?  Do you remember which season and/or which episode?  Or better yet, if anyone can remember, what was the discussion/general consensus about this?  Was it important or just a theory that petered out?

I swear it was because he saw on her FB or Myspace page, I didn't know they CALLED Fusion though.  I thought he went down there to try to find her.  Why would they call Fusion, did they think they woud just ask to speak to her and they would go find her?

Wow, they even have the judges email here.   There is no email on the ninth circuit webpage, I have looked.  I am going to keep this and Linda's and think about it.

They say there's a grain of truth in every lie.  What if she didn't notice the yorkies were "sleepy" but noticed Caylee was sleepy?  What if she did search for chloroform but not the dates in question and because she suspected Casey long before the murder.

Also, if Casey was indeed drugging that precious baby as much as we all think she was why didn't Cindy find the bottle & why didn't she notice it.  (not saying Casey didn't do it - just wondering why Cindy didn't notice just like she couldn't be bothered to "meet" her granddaughter's nanny.)  Also since, at the time, Casey was using her mother's credit cards didn't the state look for the ingredients for home made chloroform?

As kooky as this sounds, you might be right Beth. She's that aware of her dogs being overly "sleepy"?
I do NOT think she did the searches, she was at work, but to validate the story she recalls the real life indicator after months of rethinking about Caylee's demeanor.

yes that makes sense, so they had some idea of where she was at even tho CA pretended to believe KCc stories that she was every where else.

We all get worked up on the Defense team's crazy witness side show. Today's "revelations" of Cindy's testimony is just another page from "Bizzaro World". If these crazy "revelations" were true -- we would all say - "wow! benefit of the doubt!" Don't forget, the Prosecution will address EVERYTHING  in the rebuttal. The rebuttal AND closing arguments will be so devestating to the Defense that it will be a joke. I'm not worried about "Farmville Lady" at all. This case is is absolutely over. The Defense knows it -- they will now do ANYTHING  for a mistrial. IMO -- the State of Florida will save time and money if she gets LWOP. A death sentence (though she deserves it) will give her the same "time" served but she will live in better conditions.

Yes, lee looked at wenches FB and what not and saw that she was planning to be at Fusion, and I do not believe he told Cindy this at that point.  He just went to try to find her.  I do not know why he/they called Fusion though.

Thanks again.  I tried several searches but all I keep finding is a single page of results with the word "one" highlighted.  And the only other thing I gleaned from the search is Heather Locklear's drunk driving fiasco.  Perhaps I'm not using the search function correctly?

OK...it shows she worked over 40 hour a week...every week.  On the stand Sindy says...we would have to balance out the week so we COULD not claim OT (paraphrasing).  What was considered OT?  50 hours??  So if you are 'fudging' your time card..why not just put 8 hours every day and be done?  Just put down...arrive 8AM  leave 5PM?

I hate when these liars think you are as stupid as they are.   The state probably won't go after her till after the trial, if they do at all.  But, I sure hope they do.

What Cindy did today is put her supervisor in a position to lose her/his job with that tale of them making them take that time. If a time card is falsified then the one over those is in big trouble. I will bet that the state will have that person in court shortly and they may come willing to tell the truth to cover their own butt.  I don't believe for a minute any of it is true, but she not only made herself out a liar, but also said her supervisor violated federal work laws. There is no depth these people won't sink to in order to get that skank off from murdering their granddaughter. That baby is better off dead than being raised in that house with such evil people.

Bad move there Cindy.

What did you think of Sindy at the very beginning?  The first shows I saw her on were Greta, NG and then Geraldo.  Then I am trying to think if I saw a local interview that was rebroadcasted nationally.  I do know that somehow in the very beginning it occurred to me that KC had murdered the baby to spite her mother.  Think the last 911 call was played also...(remember they didn't release the first 2 for a week or so).  Anyway, by the time ICA's phone calls home were released...I was sure of it.  My point is that I hope the jury has figured that out also by now...so Sindy & Bozo's attempted manipulation is going nowhere with the jury either.  Don't you think their minds are already made up now....and are just trying to pay attention to what the defense presents to confirm it.  So far, the defense hasn't presented anything to dispute the Pros. facts.  This idiotic ploy of putting witnesses on to say there is 'nothing' isn't working.  Like no blood?  No DNA?  Blah Blah.

Whatcha think?

I said almost immediately the baby was dead. I said it just like I said the one in S.C. killed her babies. When I first saw Cindy, I felt she was lying. It was just that feeling that she was not telling the truth about the situation. I never felt her "Caylee was kidnapped" rang true. It was not anything she said but something in my gut said "liar." I said long before most believed it that they KNEW Caylee was dead and they were just using that story to collect money and get KC off. I know a lot of the protestors said the same thing early on in this case. Some people had a "gotcha" minute they decided KC killed her, but I felt from the lies I felt the Anthony's were telling they knew she was dead. I pissed a lot of people off saying that in the beginning, but I still stand by it to this day. They KNEW and they have tried to cover it up from the beginning of this.

I don't think it will matter at all how many screwed up experts bozo put on the stand, as the jury has seen the truth already.

Apparently I am not the only one who found her convincing. The analysts agreed as well. Also, it spoke volumes seeing Linda Drane Burdick visibly and vocally upset.

To be clear, your computer can "search" without you actually doing the searching. It feeds off of your cookies and cache, hence spam and popups.  She was not inaccurate with her assertion.

I am not taking up for Casey, if that is how I am coming across. I am looking at this trial from an objective and unbiased stand-point. If I were sitting on that jury I would tell you straight up that the defense established reasonable doubt today.

I think bozo forgot they have a computer specialist on that jury. I can tell you that a computer DOES NOT look things up on it's own from cookies. There was a reason those particular searches had been DELETED and not others.

From reading the tweets from persons in the courtroom it appeared as if none of the jurors even believed her. They said they were NOT taking notes and some were even rolling their eyes at each other. She did not fool those people and she will pay a heavy price for her lies. Much of her testimony today did not match her depositions which if the state chooses, they can prosecute her for not only for perjury if they choose but go back and charge her with obstruction of justice for her past acts after this trial is over.

She will be recalled to testify and I have a feeling it is not going to be pretty, as I am betting that Ashton left while she was lying to get a subpoena for all her records and the office staff there.
Spindy and Whorelando had one talented HP...i have to say in hindsight i feel ripped off...i ALWAYS have to tell mine what to do..pos!
