I am waiting for them to start shouting out in chorus "Sustained" to all of Ashton's objections.   

  I'd be lucky to stay awake if I were on that Jury.  I'd have to pinch myself hard or something.  At lunch, I'd avoid any carbs and stock up on peppermint to keep me awake.

I think she's letting it grow out so she can donate it to needy people with dirty pots and pans.

I find this scientific stuff boring, especially the same thing three or four times.  And if all those people in the hall are more of the same, I don't think I'll last past lunch. I just got a wrong number and it was more interesting than this. 

IMO whatever Cindy is wearing is part of another devious scheme.  I hate her too.  In her unprincipled zeal to help her slut daughter get away with murder, she has altered evidence, lied to LE, was ungrateful and rude to anyone trying to find Caylee, especially Tim Miller, hindered an investigation and worst of all, accused innocent people of murder or conspiracy which damaged their lives forever. I consider her doubling over when she was testifying to be a fine performance, but I don't believe a thing she says.  I consider everything she does and says to be more attempts to aid her granddaughter's murderer.  I wouldn't be at all surprised to find that she is behind this preposterous defense.

I agree.. she needs to go back and sit down.. sha makes a better KILLER SITTER then WTH shes doing now. I cant take much more! Poor Jurors.. at LEAST we can get up and walk.. smoke..go potty..ANYTHING.. poor things are just stuck there..they have to be bored chitless.

  I thought Sims was supposed to be a seasoned attorney? Hells bells she can't ask a proper question any better than JB

Think defense is trying to get anything in.  Jurors still might remember what they are suppost to use .
However the jurors, this stuff might be way over their heads.

Have you ever had a class where the professor comes in and announces a short day once the important info is covered. But you've got that one student that just keeps asking questions?  You know the one, she has no life outside of her classes, no boyfriend, never been to a club, can't dance, and dresses like she stole the librarians' clothes.  I think her name was Dorothy.

P.S.  I am sorry to be redundant but....do the defense attorneys watch themselves at night?  Do they not know how the general public percieves them? 

I once had a professor with a monotone voice.   He started class at 8:00 am;  the ONLY reason people took that class was because it was required and that was the ONLY time and professor.  It was unbearable.  That is how I feel today.
