Let me clarify my last post, Bill Schaeffer just mentioned that Dr Logan had to resign.   We just raised that issue here & I called the DA's office to make sure they had the info, which I wouldnt doubt they already had.

Last night on that ABC Show about Casey Anthony, obviously some had been interviewed some time ago.  Cindy had long hair, so that was what, a couple of months?  LKB was interviewed before her facelift.

Last year I had a couple of chipmunks who moved into a shrub bed, dug tunnels and I assume raised a family.  I enjoyed watching them and I put out peanuts for them.  they would take one peanut and stuff it inside one jaw, and then do the same with a second peanut.  LKB looks for all the world like those chipmunks, fully loaded.  She looked like that before the facelift, too.

Day 37: Casey's Defense Tries To Counter Prosecution

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Defense attorneys called an FBI expert on hair and fiber to the stand Thursday as they continued trying to poke holes in the prosecution's case against Casey Anthony, who is charged with killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony.
Casey entered the courtroom just before 9:00 a.m., wearing a pink sweater set. She had her hair pulled back in a tight bun. Casey's parents Cindy and George Anthony were also present.

Court was called to order and the defense brought in their first witness, Susan Mears. She's a crime scene investigator for the FBI. The defense admitted into evidence a Gatorade bottle and a syringe. Mears was excused after the prosecution declined to question her.

Afterward, FBI hair analyst Stephen Shaw took the witness stand.

Shaw had testified for the state earlier in the trial. Defense attorney Jose Baez began questioning Shaw about a study he conducted on hair banding, which included 600 hairs taken from 15 living people that were then subjected to different elements. Images from the test were shown to the court and Shaw said apparent decomposition can be seen on the bands of hair.

P.S.  I am sorry to be redundant but....do the defense attorneys watch themselves at night?  Do they not know how the general public percieves them? 

I once had a professor with a monotone voice.   He started class at 8:00 am;  the ONLY reason people took that class was because it was required and that was the ONLY time and professor.  It was unbearable.  That is how I feel today.

And no we know why Mason has to be out of there at 5 pm sharp each day for his drinks..Lordy..if I was on the defense I'd leave at lunch each day and not return to the next morning.
