Is he going to resign as their lawyer or is he going to explain what "not innocent" means and "what" they think she is guilty of ?

My bet..he isn't going to say much other then to defend himself by saying why this isn't a breach of attorney client priviledge..which so many of the talking heads have brought up.  It isn't a breach because The Ants are asking him to do this to let the public know they will plead for her life when they are called to testify during penalty phase..big surprise!

What he is preparing the public for is that The Ant family will plea for her life..and that doesn't surprise anyone.  So they think she is not innocent...hell no she is the most guilty person in the courtroom and the fools know that and she is a liar....but who thought they would agree with the DP for her?  Hello ..no one... Another huge waste of hot air.

No, it is not that the DP is unconstitutional - the title is misleading.  Its an issue on instruction & what weight a judge has to sentence a convicted murderer to death.  It will not take the DP off the table for Casey but it could influence what the instruction will be to the jury in that phase & what the judge can do after their recommendation.

I just hope she gets LWOP and no chance for appeal.  If she gets DP we will see her in court for the next 12 to 14 years filing one appeal after another..getting her and who ever represents her face time..and costing Florida lots of $$$$, all the while the appeals will be denied...Judge Perry does not do shoddy work!. 

I say let her go to the State Penn at Lowell on LWOP and roast to death in summer, freeze her buns in winter and let the good inmates of Lowell finish her off for the State..couldn't happen to a sweeter more deserving female.

Just looks to be an attempt at damage control/distractions in regards to all the talk of Anthony's ---KC is guilty/not innocent, blah, blah going on right now.

 River Cruz was getting all the attention the past couple of days with her assertions, supposedly in the wings to testify, etc.  Than last night rumors were flying River was taken to the hospital - again - stress related, ya right!

So its just another media blitz with all concerned, probably not  any of it is going to lead to a dang thing in the end!

Biggest crock of bullcrap ever.  It is not the defenses fault if the beotch is guilty and all evidence clearly points to her as the murdering filicide that she is. 

There comes a point where they can do nothing but bring in their own witnesses to deny, deny, deny and that is exactly what they are doing.  What would they have the defense do; come up with a better lie for why she did it?  Bring in more expert witnesses who can't properly deflect the evidence in another direction cuz there ain't one?

She did it and she needs to be removed from society.

Sunny Hostin on TruTV....saying Lippman may have ignored attorney/client privilege, she's losing her mind.   Its a dispute about wording not that he couldnt speak for his clients.

Sunny needs to have her mouth duct taped.

As to the KERFUFFLE going on about Lippman/Cindy...you can listen to my opinion about it at this link.  Over the days, weeks, months & years....we always knew when it was time for Sindy to come up with something to grab the attention once again.
Am sure this is why she has NO LONG TERM friends in her life.  George has one...and that is because he still lives in Ohio.  Sindy has certainly chased them all away.  People like Sindy wear a person out...surely you have come across people like this in your experience.  You just feel too exhausted to take their calls one day.
