To at least ask if he bothered to test, replicate anything besides reading a report & simply disagreeing with the opposing side's expert, especially not qualified.

I take for granted that most talking heads know less about this case than we do, but I've seen a couple of times on TV that he has been tested and was not the Father.

I must have missed the confirmation.

I'm not sure we can take it as confirmation, Janet. I have never seen documentation that he was tested but others might have.

It's on this cnn transcipt; not agreeing with it but it does state that both were tested.

During Ashton's objection, he stated that both Lee & George were excluded.  Sorry I do not have the link...but if you can find that tape..you will hear it.
