I take for granted that most talking heads know less about this case than we do, but I've seen a couple of times on TV that he has been tested and was not the Father.

I must have missed the confirmation.

I'm not sure we can take it as confirmation, Janet. I have never seen documentation that he was tested but others might have.

It's on this cnn transcipt; not agreeing with it but it does state that both were tested.

It is my understanding that in Jose Baez' opening statement ... he discusses allegations of George's disgusting sexual abuse of Casey beginning at the age of 8 years but ... the only mention of a paternity test was one that Lee submitted to.

I believe Nancy Grace got it wrong.
