I'm wondering if Jesse Grund is going to escape the witness stand all together.....

Cbb, I was wondering the same thing until they brought the syringe in and now I think they are going to call him and ask him about taking steroids and try to link him by that admission (if he admits to it) to the syringe found....reasonable doubt???? 

I agree with that Sunny....but that leaves the door open for him to shed more light on just what type of person Casey is......DIABOLICAL is how Jesse described her.

Wouldn't you think that Mumbles would tell Bozo what not to say during questioning so that he doesn't open doors like this?  Mumbles isn't shy.  He's got to be telling Bozo these things.  So, is Bozo ignoring him or just so intent on making his point he forgets and stumbles into these doors on his own?

I think he has the "I know best" attitude and doesn't pay attention.  I saw on one of the talking head shows (can't remember which one) that one of the correspondents said Mumbles joined because Baez was getting such a bad rap BUT Baez made it VERY clear that He (Baez) was lead attorney & what he says goes.  I can't believe Mason is still on board.  I'm thinking he realizes on appeal ICA will fire Baez & he'll get to be top dog - in his mind he'll get her off on appeal and become "SUUPPPERR Lawyer" cape and everything.

This slore is whispering to btillo.  I don't know how to screen capture stuff.    The jury must be so tired of hearing about the hair by now. 

Bottom line, Caylee's hair was in Casey's trunk, Caylee was murdered.   If it was a transfer hair it wouldnt have a death band or any sign of decomposition because it would have been a hair that came from a live child.

they may try to create doubt but what if he denies it.  They would have to parade people on the stand to impeach him and they may not have that plus I think it would end up being a big distraction and very confusing to the jury.  I wonder if they aren't going down imply it was Kronk who left it since he was the one they said dumped the body there.

As for Kronk, they haven't been doing anything to substanciate their opening statement claims.

you would think baez would have planned out exactly what his questions were to prevent this.  It is like there is not any planning going into the defense.  Sometimes stuff comes up but this was not any surprise.  He knew they wanted this in.  I don't think Baez had any business taking this case based on his limited legal experience.  That being said, I think it is funny that he is the attorney she picked and will ulitmately be standing by her side when she is convicted.

tupelo, I agree....but we know the defense is not too smart   He can also say she broke the engagement because he loved Caylee more than he loved her.....I so hope this gets in...goes to motive IMO

I have to say I agree, I do not think anyone on that jury can ignore Casey's own words.  The best two examples of this and certainly not the least are "Maybe Im a spiteful B," (denying her parents the truth) "Surprise, surprise" (public rumor it was a drowning) and let's not forget  "I feel that she is close, in my heart I know that she is close." (Casey herself told the world that Caylee was dumped around the corner from Casey's home).

you're certainly right.  maybe they will just go totally off the wall and try to implicate every single person involved.  As of opening they limited the blame to a few but as it goes on their witnesses have started blaming the employees of the office of the medical examiner, dogs and possibly coyotes.

For Jesse's sake, I hope he doesn't have to take the stand.  But if he does....I hope it comes out how the Anthony's, including Casey as she started everyone into looking at Jesse, tried to throw him under the bus.  I hope the whole darn story of Jesse and Casey comes out.   But I really don't want him to have to relive so much pain.  The skank has caused enough damage, it needs to end.

I wish that they would let ICA wash her hair everyday before coming to court!  I'm sure she's only getting 2 to 3 showers per week, standard protocol.  The oil slick on her hair is just gross!!!!  Someone have a screen cap of Cindy today?

I hate to say this GULP, brace yourself, you can do it..............ICA looked alot cuter with short hair.  She looks even more skanky with that long greasy mess.  I wonder if she's trying to "impress someone"? (like maybe someone mentioned they liked long hair)

I agree with you on that. I was don't think it did her good for appearance sake to not get a makeover for court. She looks very harsh and really older. A short do was better.

I think she is thinking the long hair will signal her preferred position to possible jail buddies.   

or like I've said before - she thinks she's rapunzel & it will help her escape
