i would imagine they will send somebody over to talk with the people at Cindy's old work.  They can continue to investigate people and those work computers too.  I would think that Cindy has a computer at work that she logs onto that would show if she was indeed at work that day.

Yes..I can't remember what pop ups were on my computer 2 days ago..and I am not on medication..and hse can remember 3+ years ago a popup..................and George can remember what his granddaughter wore 31 days after the fact, how her hair was, what color her sunglasses were........they are full of chit....I hope they rot in it!

Cindy's a damn fool, she was doing so well listening to and telling the truth and she just slid backwards. I don't think the jury will give any penalty phase statement Cindy may present any weight now...MOO

I think she signed her own perjury warrant. She had been given a pass but I am betting the state will go after her after this trial.

I hope the staffers that work for Linda and Jeff are working right now on getting subpoenas for Sindy's boss, co-workers, IT department, etc....

I hope the Florida Labor board just hear that Sindy falsified her time cards!!

They do NOT need passwords. All they need is a court order to search the hard drives. FBI computer geeks can do the rest.

The State needs to prove that Cindy was at work and could not have done those searches. They need to get the owner of her company on the stand.

It would be interesting if an investigation of Cindy's work computer hard drive reveals that she logged on during the times she was allegedly at home doing google searches on chloroforum.
