I asked my husband about a default setting on a computer that would make you reset your password after a given amount of time of not being used.  He said it's called password aging, and for his company, they do it every 3 months.  However, he also said that by default, it is NOT on.  Now obviously I have no idea what the company does who made the Anthony's computer, but  it seems to me that most people wouldn't even realize their computer has this function, leading to it NOT being a default setting.. so somebody would have to go in and set it to reset every so often. But who goes that long w/out using their computer.. unless it's not working?

I wonder if they can find nurse's notes written by Cindy on any of the patient records (which are definitely kept in some format) for the days and times in question.  She is doing nasty
things to the reputation of nurses everywhere.

Great idea! Surely there's a case log that can be exposed!

I thought she was strictly management and admin ..no direct contact with patients..which is why I never understood her not being able to go back to work .....admin in an office with people she has worked with for a long time would have been a Godsend to most people in her circumstance..fellow employees that care..and understand if she needed breaks or time..instead she never even returned to the job.  And is so mentally anguished she can't work...right...

I hope she loses her disability over this too...they deserve the bed they have made...now they need to lie in it.

This may turn out for the best.  The state got the testimony that they wanted from George and Cindy on direct.  Now that Cindy decided to act all crazy again hopefully she will be held legally responsbile for her lies.  Casey convicted and Cindy found to have perjured herself would be a good day!  WIsh they could share a cell.

I don't think the State got the testimony they needed from Cindy.  Cindy lied. The glue that holds this all together is Casey's motive.  Now, I am aware that the State isn't required to show motive, but in this case it is necessary to do so to explain what and why it happened.  If the jury doesn't know about the fight between Cindy and Casey on June 15th, the murder is inexplicable.  However, if one considers that Cindy told Casey many times she was an unfit mother, and told a lot of other people too, and did so again in the final blow-up.  She had learned from her mother, Shirley Pleasea, that Casey had stolen money from the the Pleasea's bank account.  IMO that was the final straw.  When Cindy confronted Casey, a physical fight broke out and Cindy attacked Casey.  Casey grabbed precious Caylee and dragged her out the door.  Shortly thereafter, Casey killed Caylee.  Nothing else adds up.  Without the whole story, the jury can't render a correct verdict, IMO.

Instead of telling the truth on the first go around, Cindy said that she and Casey spent a pleasant evening snuggling on the couch and watching videos of Caylee taken that day.  How sweet. How untrue.

The state was kind and campassionate towards the A's when they presented their case. I think the state will now take the kid gloves off and during rebuttal will tear them new ones...The A's are once agin hostile witnesses to the state's case...

AND  why would somebody want the pain of having to do this? Most people don't have a concern about this, I wouldn't think.

Although I could see Cindy milking the clock, forget to clock out at lunch

What doesn't make sense to me, she is a NURSE, why wouldn't she call her VET to ask why her Yorkie is sleepy?
Instead she says she searches on the internet AND searches about a friend who was injured. Doesn't make sense
to me and when something doesn't make sense - it's a lie.

Well, guys what did you expect?  She has lied for three years.  Now she says her supervisor made a mistake, she was not at work.

I am not the least bit surprised at her lies. I can't believe anyone else here is either because she has lied from day one and never stopped. I am telling you Caylee never meant crap to any of them or they would never lie to cover up for her murderer. I almost hope KC gets off because I promise you she will kill both of them later and it would serve them right.

See?  I told ya it was your fault that I was having these ideas.

She has been 'sending' out message through her attorney throughout this damn trial.  I wish everyone would cancel Lipmann's appearances...shut their lifeline for sending out more freakin lies down!!!  I will not watch Dr. Drew tonight.

I hope Jeff has called the company it is so easily traced, Especially if they use EMR. they will have her doing something at that time I don't care if it is an email, voice mail, signed paperwork something

are there traffic cameras on her route to/from work?  banks nearby that might have cameras etc.???

If George comes out and says he molested his daughter..... all in the attempt to save his daughter's life... I'm going to lose it.

My worst fear will be realized if documentation is forthcoming by the defence ... documentation that will leave no doubt.

Janet

I don't think he can come out and say that after he already denied it on the stand.. I mean I guess he can but that would cause major doubt and some legal trouble for him.

there is no statue of limitations on it - he'd be prosecuted

Yeah I know he would be prosecuted by i am talking about him being under oath and saying no he did not molest Casey. If he was going to say that he would have said it then.

Chloroform search done under #caseyanthony's password protected login. defense argues if computer left on, could have been done by anyone.

http://twitter.com/#!/anthonycase

If Casey had a protected sign on there was a reason and I don't think she would keep it on but sign out when done knowing her parents, friends, Zanny the invisible nanny, etc would need to use the computer.

The State has all the phone records right? So lets get them out and lets just see where everyone was at when those searches were made.

Cindy was reported to carry her Bible into the courtroom this morning.  GOD knows everything, all intentions.  GOD is not to be used in a deceitful way.   I'm so angry now....for Caylee.  This is just not right in any way, shape or form.

I just bet that before the trial is over, Cindy will be impeached on this issue.

I still think she will not be acquitted but it will be a hung jury.  But if she would get off then I hope her first victims are both CA and GA!  Karma is a biotch!
