HLN saying this is HUGE and it could be the "reasonable doubt" the defense is looking for.

I say - Cindy better be careful what's she's doing - if KC gets out, Cindy may be next to meet her fate with KC.

A family a liars....eventually they will do themselves in with the lies to the point they will not beable to dig themselves out of it...and that time has now come.  They use people, look how they used little Caylee in her short life...Caylee no longer has to be the rope in their 'tug of war' games.  Shame on all those adults....and that is saying it nicely.

Something akin to Paulus and Anita Van der Sloot.  Justice for Natalee Holloway was never a consideration ... only protecting their precous Joran from the consequences of his actions.

If this murdering b!tch gets off with a few years for manslaughter then I hope her first stop is Cindy's house with knife iin the pool.

Sadly, I will not be the least bit surprised if she is found "Not guilty."

No I don't think she will - she needs Mommy & Daddy to get her out of any trouble she finds herself into.

I'm afraid she'll end up having another baby & we'll be right here again in years to come!

probably getting those investigators over to Cindy's old work!

They need to get to the OWNER. That person is the one that signs that all facts on a cost report are true, and those timesheets are part of that. The owner stands to loose a lot more than Cindy does. The most Cindy could expect is to have her Nursing license barred from being used in a capacity where Medicare payments are collected. The owner will deny the timesheets aren't accurate......... I'm SURE!!

No 'real' company is going to tell their employees to lie about hours.  For one reason, if there is ever any bad blood between the relationship that employee can come back and sue the hell out of them  & WIN.  The Labor Board would come after them.  In other words, they wouldn't be in business very long.  What reputable company is going to risk that?

NO ONE will lie about that.  You're talking potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars in violations.  If an employee says they're at work and they're not the company is opened up to worker's comp issues if there's a problem, liability issues if they injure someone else, saftety issues, if a crime is involved they could be liable blah blah blah.  I hope they get them on the stand.  I believe her co workers are still scratching their heads about her and wouldn't lie.
bye bye workmans comp for poor ole Cindy.  My only good thought about all of this.

Although I could see Cindy milking the clock, forget to clock out at lunch

What doesn't make sense to me, she is a NURSE, why wouldn't she call her VET to ask why her Yorkie is sleepy?
Instead she says she searches on the internet AND searches about a friend who was injured. Doesn't make sense
to me and when something doesn't make sense - it's a lie.

TrialNotes Trial Notes
Despite being disappointed by Cindy's testimony, will always feel heartbroken for her loss of Caylee. No doubt she loved her. #CaseyAnthony

Thanks for the tweets, Northern! I always find them interesting.

Cindy's definition of 'love' ... is my definition of 'hate'

With the Anthony's black is white, white is black... to me, anyway.

They are warped people. Caylee never had a chance stuck in that house.

I think that Linda and Jeff need to let loose the hounds of hell on the defense.  The time has come.

I am retired from working for the county.   Aprox. every three months we were required to change our password.  We would start getting messages every day for about two weeks prior to the deadline.  If I put it off too long, I would call our tech support and they would change it for me while we were on the phone.

We also put down 8 hours if we worked ten then eight the next day only working 6.  It was pure laziness and semi lax culture at the time.  That has now changed.  To put the actual numbers required more paperwork.  Thinking back it is a wonder we were not called on the carpet.

On a different note,  the local paper was able to access our internet usage and searches.   The county knew if and when we sent private e-mails from work,   some calls were recorded and kept forever ( child abuse reporting ).

There are records everywhere if anyone wants to take the time to search.

I have been a member for quite a while.  I just don't post.  I always read and shake my head like everyone else does.  Cindy is probably telling the truth about her time sheets.  My sister works in an office and they have to do the same thing.  If they don't take a lunch hour, they have to show it anyway and if they leave early, they have to show that also.  I do believe Cindy on that and that alone.  I believe that Cindy and George & Lee loved Caylee, but obviously not enough to protect her and stand up for her.  If you remember in the beginning, Cindy was going on talk shows and trying to take over like she was a celebrity.  She loved the attention .  They never tried to organize a search, only called Tim Miller in I believe due to pressure from everyone saying that they should.  I'm waiting for George to jump up at the end of the trial and say he killed Caylee to take the wrap for his evil daughter.  That would be a Perry Mason moment, wouldn't it.  Showing my age here.  George was with her and their attorney today after she got off the stand, so he knew what she was going to do.  I think in the photo that shows Casey bug eyed with her attorney and everyone was joking about a proposal, I think he was telling her the family would get her off the hook, one way or the other. So while I want to cry, I should have known that evil never protects angels.  Sorry Caylee.
