I wish JSM was here.  I know there is a certain LONG timeframe that medical records need to be kept. If Rosebud was at work, and did anything with patients it is YEARS that those details have to be kept. A lot longer than 3 yrs I believe.

does anyone remember if Cindy did look up the chlorophyll in regards to the dogs in the deposition or was it for the bamboo shoots that she LOVES to talk about.

It's bamboo, "A very invasive grass."

Most people don't refer to bamboo as grass, though, do they?  My grandma has bamboo in her front yard, and we never called it grass.

This trial is not over yet and my sincere belief is the State knows what they're doing and how to rebutt any think the defense may put out there.  Even lies.  I have faith in the defense.

I have been a member for quite a while.  I just don't post.  I always read and shake my head like everyone else does.  Cindy is probably telling the truth about her time sheets.  My sister works in an office and they have to do the same thing.  If they don't take a lunch hour, they have to show it anyway and if they leave early, they have to show that also.  I do believe Cindy on that and that alone.  I believe that Cindy and George & Lee loved Caylee, but obviously not enough to protect her and stand up for her.  If you remember in the beginning, Cindy was going on talk shows and trying to take over like she was a celebrity.  She loved the attention .  They never tried to organize a search, only called Tim Miller in I believe due to pressure from everyone saying that they should.  I'm waiting for George to jump up at the end of the trial and say he killed Caylee to take the wrap for his evil daughter.  That would be a Perry Mason moment, wouldn't it.  Showing my age here.  George was with her and their attorney today after she got off the stand, so he knew what she was going to do.  I think in the photo that shows Casey bug eyed with her attorney and everyone was joking about a proposal, I think he was telling her the family would get her off the hook, one way or the other. So while I want to cry, I should have known that evil never protects angels.  Sorry Caylee.   

But EVIL sometimes leads people down a path and them abandons them - look at Joran van der Sloot!

I believe in good overcoming evil.

I still believe ICA will spend many many years of her life in prison....but if she should get off for some reason, she will wind up like OJ....in jail for another reason....and could be another murder charge.  Her family better run fast and far, looking over the back all the time. ICA will do anything to get what she wants....she would require her parents to pay her all the time...Lee and Mallory, they better watch themselves and any precious little children they may have because jealous ICA cannot have that...and the DT...well JB...better run too...he will never know what can happen...jmo

Chlorophyll is the part of all plants that makes them green (if I recall from biology), and wouldn't even get you to the answer you're looking for!!

Could this be a another red herring? Cindy knowing pros can get those work computer records? Knowing they will show she was at work? Wouldn't that be throwing Casey under the bus, again? Her attorney said the Anohony's did not believe Casey was innocent.

I have no doubt they will!!!!  God don't like ugly and they are as ugly as anyone could be!!

Cindy was reported to carry her Bible into the courtroom this morning.  GOD knows everything, all intentions.  GOD is not to be used in a deceitful way.   I'm so angry now....for Caylee.  This is just not right in any way, shape or form.

Hmmm..has that Bible burst into falmes yet?

I am retired from working for the county.   Aprox. every three months we were required to change our password.  We would start getting messages every day for about two weeks prior to the deadline.  If I put it off too long, I would call our tech support and they would change it for me while we were on the phone.


We also put down 8 hours if we worked ten then eight the next day only working 6.  It was pure laziness and semi lax culture at the time.  That has now changed.  To put the actual numbers required more paperwork.  Thinking back it is a wonder we were not called on the carpet.

On a different note,  the local paper was able to access our internet usage and searches.   The county knew if and when we sent private e-mails from work,   some calls were recorded and kept forever ( child abuse reporting ).  

There are records everywhere if anyone wants to take the time to search.

I'm retired too. I worked for the state. I had over 20 passwords I had to change every 3 weeks.memorized them believe or not. There IS always a way to get her emails. I'm sure there is a motherboard, and emails from a company are usual backed up AND recoverable forever.

The company my oldest daughter works for had a lawsuit filed against them and they retrieved emails from 5 years in the past. They said because they had medical records, they had to be archived for 10 years, so I am betting they have her records. She just screwed the pooch on that lie.

I honestly think she had to fashion an explanation as to how she could be blamed for the searches instead of Casey.......... and it's a  s-t-r-e-t-c-h!  She would have just checked a list of poisonous plants to dogs or something. Nobody would search "chlorophyll" for the purpose she testified to. No way. I don't believe it.
