This is specifically referring to Medicare Advantage plans, but I can't imagine that with all the retirees in Florida, that they wouldn't accept those plans. For whatever it's worth, we keep records for 10 years, but archive after 6.

You have to keep complete medical records (entire chart) for a minimum of 6 years, if you accept Medicare. The company would have the active charts on any dates in question.

Oh they had poor Nick on the stand about to ask him about an email and Ashton said he was not even listed in the send too. Which means he never seen the email. Could you imagine how much time would have been wasted tomorrow just to ask him that one question?

Chlorophyll is the part of all plants that makes them green (if I recall from biology), and wouldn't even get you to the answer you're looking for!!
