based on what we saw today does anyone else wonder if when the dufense has Geo up on the stand will they ask him to pull out his schmeckle and see if slore can ID it as the one she had in her mouth before she went to school when she was 13?

I'll one up you and say they'll bring the picture into court to prove it.  You know, the one with the penis in her mouth?

Maybe they'll make George pull down his pants and have it photographed. They did it to Michael Jackson!

Maybe her computer was related to HAL from A Space Odyssey. That's it! The computer killed Caylee and then framed Casey.

Why didn't the presecution light her ass up on cross?  I didn't get to see, but shouldn't have Ashton been able to rip her a new one?

I would think they will get all her depositions together in this case and the ZG case then recall her about it. I am also guessing they are issuing a supeona for all her office emails. As dumb as she is about computers, I am guessing she has NO IDEA they can pull her records from her office. Just to say her supervisor made a mistake on the date will not wash, as there are time cards (she has told before) and there will be computer records. She will be destroyed in cross by the state.

I thought I understood Bill S. to say that if they don't already have them in evidence, "too bad, so sad".  They won't be able to introduce them.  I hope he's wrong!

I work in the medical field, as you guys know... I can go to my computer right now (work computer) and pull a chart from a patient who died months ago....Records are kept for years...years.....they have to be kept for at LEAST 5 years....

According to the company my oldest daughter works with a minimum 10 years is required to be archived for any medical records. They pulled up emails from over 5 years for a lawsuit in which they were involved.

That's exactly what I thought.  Those records are there and I be Ashton was out of the courtroom because he was calling to get those records.  Cindy will be impeached royally if she was at work those days.  She sure seemed to be trying to convince Linda that those records weren't there and no one could get in under her passwordS (next issue will be she can't remember the passwords)...however, I believe NO company would ever make their IT records so that they canNOT be accessed by management.

On HLN one of the jurors put his paper up to his mouth.  Beth has seen him do it before to suppress expression.  I have hopes they will see through the madness. 
I hope the jury remembered the difference between CA and Bozo when he questioned her on cross earlier in the case.  Both had different attitudes towards one another.

I'm sure she has had so many in her mouth she wouldn't be able to identify whose was whose even if one had a birthmark on it.

I sure hope Gentiva has back-up computer records three years back - they should.

I hope they do have back up records.
Did Cindy ever work with patients and/or give orders to the nurses to do so.  I would think that the Gentiva would have to have records.  What if a patient sues, or someone sues that department.

Drive by posting on my way out to an evening event.  Evening, all!  Need to catch up on the day's happenings here later, but just wanted to point out that both in the interview and the ensuing statement, Mark Lippman was careful to point out that "They [George and Cindy Anthony] will do all they can to avoid to avoid her [Casey] getting the death penalty in this case." Keep that in mind before we break out the champagne celebrating Cindy and George. As for me, I'm praying. There's a spiritual battle going on in the hearts and minds of the Anthonys. Just sayin' BBL

Wonder if now everyone has had time to digest Cindy's testimony, are we still feeling bad about it?  I haven't seen anything other then highlights on HLN and such unfortunately.  Is it that damaging?

I am not surprised....just pissed!!!! I will say that I was listening via skyfire on my iphone and a guy who has no clue about it asked me when Sindy was testifying if she was lying... I said hell yeah...why do you ask? He said that she totally sounded lie she was lying, so am hoping that the jury thought the same....

I was watching it and listening..and tell that guy he is right.

She sounded exactly like a kid caught with their hand in the cookie jar and trying to explain why ..and I don't think she was believable at all..even her body language and her uh, uhs..seemed to be her trying to think on her feet  err lie on her butt..and then justify her past explanation of the computer searches to be because she remembers better now then then..huh..any normal person is left thinking the woman can not be trusted to tell the truth.

You have to keep complete medical records (entire chart) for a minimum of 6 years, if you accept Medicare. The company would have the active charts on any dates in question.

I have been a member for quite a while.  I just don't post.  I always read and shake my head like everyone else does.  Cindy is probably telling the truth about her time sheets.  My sister works in an office and they have to do the same thing.  If they don't take a lunch hour, they have to show it anyway and if they leave early, they have to show that also.  I do believe Cindy on that and that alone.  I believe that Cindy and George & Lee loved Caylee, but obviously not enough to protect her and stand up for her.  If you remember in the beginning, Cindy was going on talk shows and trying to take over like she was a celebrity.  She loved the attention .  They never tried to organize a search, only called Tim Miller in I believe due to pressure from everyone saying that they should.  I'm waiting for George to jump up at the end of the trial and say he killed Caylee to take the wrap for his evil daughter.  That would be a Perry Mason moment, wouldn't it.  Showing my age here.  George was with her and their attorney today after she got off the stand, so he knew what she was going to do.  I think in the photo that shows Casey bug eyed with her attorney and everyone was joking about a proposal, I think he was telling her the family would get her off the hook, one way or the other. So while I want to cry, I should have known that evil never protects angels.  Sorry Caylee.   

But EVIL sometimes leads people down a path and them abandons them - look at Joran van der Sloot!
