RED,

what ya thinking?

I am thinking that CA is the same POS individual who I had to BS her spokesperson and her to get TES to be able to search for missing Caylee. I had to convice Garrison and A's that TES would search for a live Caylee as well as a dead one. That they did both kind of searches.

I think CA should rot in hell for abandoning her innocent grand daughter Caylee.

I think its amazing that Cindy just opened herself up to being charged with crimes as well. Falsifying payroll records and certifying to records. NICE. She will be carved apart in the rebuttal case. I hope she is charged with a crime. I am sure Gentiva is a bit interested that they had an employee that just admitted on a witness stand that she did such a thing.

All the while George has been blamed for this and Casey was a result of him. Hardly, she is the spawn of Cindy. Is it any wonder that George tried to kill hiimself with a slut, murdering daughter and a batshit wife.

Heee, Heeee, Heeee, Red.  You said it so much better than me.

How and when does the rebuittle phase go. I know nothing about it. Please someone help me. Explain to me how it goes

After the defense rests their case, the prosecution gets to have a "rebuttal" case....usually only a day or two long, when they can counter the outlandish "stuff" the defense threw on the table.

Ok, I am watching a replay of the cross now.  I feel 100% better now hearing what they WILL be doing to her in their rebuttal case.  They are going to tear this woman apart...GUARANTEED!!!  They will be able to undoubtably verify her work shcedule for those two days, and then it'll damn the defense's case once and for all.  Only a minor setback at this point.  All will be fine once they (the prosecution) further investigate these claims.  Trust me...

They're gonna RIP her apart!

I really feel like the rebuttal case is going to be very satisfying to watch.

Me too!

they are saying on NG that no prosecutor would go after her for what she testified to on the stand.  That irritates me, just because she is grieving does not mean she is above the law.  If she perjured herself, I think they should go after her for it.

The "old" Cindy we knew from the beginning is back! IMO

Behold! the Whore of Babylon's  (or Orlando, take yer pick) mudda. What a piece of work. What a Scamanthony! I wouldn't trust this bioeeeetch to tell me the time of day....or even if it was day or night.

I do have to say, however, I am not at all surprised. As usual, the Ants think the laws don't apply to them. "Hey George, what say we sit through the whole trial, that way we know just what to say to make it look like our Evil Spawn didn't do anything wrong! And, oh, oh, I know!!!! I send her clothes that make her look pitiful...ya know, sorta Ruth Buzzy meets Laura Ingalls? And then the day I drop my bomb(shit)balls about how I did the computer searches, I'll make sure she looks reeeeeeal purdy!"

George "Uh huh. Get me another beer".

In case anyone is wondering, I hate them. I so hope they're brought up on perjury charges, but I know if that happens, it won't happen until this rodeo is over.

George is no prize.  He doesn't work.  He gambles.  He cheats.  They all deserve each other in respectivel dysfunctions.  Caylee was the only innocent.

A Tough Thanksgiving For Anthony Family

FAMILY TENSION

<snipped>

Casey's parents' financial problems almost shattered their marriage but ended up saving it because Cindy couldn't afford divorce. The investigation showed Cindy supported George for years.  He lost thousands of dollars in a U.K. lottery scam.

One of the text messages from the phone is from a number listed in the contacts as George Anthony. The text message from Dec. 19, 2008, said, "Just thinking about you! I need you in my life."

What's the over/under on The Anthony's marriage? I can't see George staying after Cindy just did this to his most precious Caylee.

Red from the pictures & little video he didnt seem pleased, in fact looked angry...not sure what to make of it but his body language didnt seem to me to say he totally approved or even knew what she was going to say.    Jane Velez Mitchell on her show tonight said she saw Baez and Cindy in the court hallway having a "friendly" conversation

What seems clear is that they are going to go as far as they can go to save Casey from the needle & appear that they are being "truthful" regarding anything that could led to a lesser charge.  IMHO, all they should be concerned with is being their on behalf of their murdered granddaughter.   Just because you love your own unconditionally doesnt mean you are required to lie for them or work toward them getting away with murder, felony murder that is.   Just like Cindy wanted Casey in trouble for stealing, she didnt want her to end up in the slammer for it either.  I'm not sure about George but Cindy will NEVER see the truth for what it is or totally accept what Casey has done, not even for the love & memory of her granddaughter.

I Just wonder if maybe ICA tested the chloroform on the dog before testing it on Caylee... Not saying that Sin-Sin did the searches!!!!!! But she said her dog was acting strange..maybe ICA used the dog as a test subject to see if the choloroform did the job AFTER she googled how to make it.....

OH MY GOSH - never thought of that.

My, my...what a thought.  Somehow, I think it's possible.

Wow...another horrific thought that's entirely possible

Or did Cindy find some chloroform or something about it and was looking it up because of that?

I think the jury will know this is the mother of the defendant and treat her testemony accordingly.

i'm sorry perjury to me doesn't scream love of a mother.  I truly believe Casey wouldn't have gotten away with so much had it not been Cindy cover for her all along.  Would it have saved Caylee if she hadn't covered for Casey all her life, who knows.

From the lookls George was giving Cindy in the photos we've seen after her testimony today..I'd be surprised if they slept in the same room tonight...or ever again.

I think as soon as Casey is sentenced, George is gone.

I don't think they'll divorce until they're done the book & movie deal.

We've heard before that Cindy would keep things from George....

I guess for me the bottom line is Cindy knows very well she didn't look up chloroform anywher near 84 times.  So unless she looked it up like 83 times, who was doing all those searches on how to make chloroform?

Cindy's strong denial regarding George and pitter pattering around everything else almost makes me wonder if she isn't protesting a little too much about the molestation.  NOT that I think it matters in the LEAST in regards to Caylee's murder and who did it.

I don't think so.  Cindy still has control of his boys (snicker sniker), and he cannot do anything she does not allow him to do.

NG   The "State" is the record keeper for Cindy's work records -

Lippman says remember Cindy said she did not search "how to make chloroform".

I am not so sure.. LDB went after her about the selective memory due to 'medication'..
That was a shot across the bow of what may come
