Well, I've had Yorkies and I've had bamboo.  I think March for the shoots would be a little early even for Florida.  Not much a Yorkie can do with the older plants.  But just call a vet if you have questions.

BTW, I don't think bamboo results in any harmful effects on any animal that eats it and horses absolutely love it.

If it were later than March, the Yorksters might munch on the new shoots but the old stuff in March, not so much.

OK..let's say she was into diagnosing her pets herself...how about PetMD for starters?  Why would you jump from sleepy dog to chlorophyll?   Here we all go again ..trying to make sense out of nonsense.

Please, when will Baez, Casey and the defense team be forbid to do texting in real time in Court?

Baez texting means a person, an unknown entity, not sworn in, to the Court is texting and exchanging information that is helping the defense in real time with background information, or questions to ask or strategy or only things only God knows. This IMO is an unilateral breach of ethics that I have never seen. Defense attorneys always seem to be the butt of jokes, but this is a disgrace to the profession! IMO

It has been an interesting day on the Caylee Anthony forum.

I hope the jury members are able to see through Cindy's deception on the forum ... deception meant to protect her daughter ... deception meant to prevent justice from prevailing for her granddaughter.

I hope the prosecution is able to obtain computer records/cell phone records/office documentation from Cindy's workplace to affirm the timesheet which reveals that she was at work on the day the chloroforum searches were conducted on her home desktop computer.

I didn't want to do a huge quote stack but wasn't there a great deal of testimony by the state computer expert about the searches and one of the things they talked about was which searches he could identify as having been manually typed in versus computer generated? I thought he could tell some were done manually, some were computer generated and some he couldn't be sure of.

I really don't remember him saying any of the searches were computer generated.  Didn't he reference if they were 'bookmarked' vs typed in?

I would have to go back and listen...and I am not willing to do that.  Melisb's post said everything I need to know to let me rest tonight.

I understood that it had only been recently deleted when LE collected the desk top from the A's in July 2008, and computer forensics retrieved the firefox history in an allocated area on the hard drive. That's where the chloroform, neck-breaking, shovel, etc searches were discovered...I could be wrong though...
