Now I'm afraid to go to bed!  No telling what my computer might do.

Mine won't get a chance. I will be unplugging my modem since I know how easily I could get framed for  no telling what.

Bottom line is anyone who believed Cindy should unplug their modem when they are not on their computer. BTW, I asked someone who is our IT guy about that and he just laughed at me.

I heard on one of the talk shows, and I believe the woman saying this was part of the FBI team, and she indicated that there may have been an issue with the program they used to review the computer, they were checking into that now.  She said that it could have been that myspace had been accessed 84 times, and not the search for chloroform. I think it was on the joy Beher show. sorry I don't remember, I was listening and not watching.

Well, I can't recall any case where the Defendant was acquitted because their mother said so therefore I am not too concerned with anything Cindy says at this point.

Searches for how to make chloroform Monday March 17th.....seems to me the state can easily check & verify if Cindy was present for the Monday March 17th meeting or not.

She worked 10hrs on 3.17.08! IIRC the clinical practice mgr. was responsible for making sure policies and procedures for all staff was followed!!!  Hows bout that chit.  I bet people hated her there cause it's a pie job.  She would make sure everyone had a way to get their CEU's, or staff edumakashun, etc.  But if she was in office and all other nurses busy she would have to take a call about a patient or from a doc.  Mandantory! Neither of those calls may be missed or put off!  My question to you is (a lil Bozo there!) why would Cindy care about a dog and chlorophyll?  That isn't even relevant to the animal eating the plant.  I've Googled it diff ways and it's not important!  Only type/kind of plant is!

On HLN earlier they said it was 8 seconds between a chloroform search photo bucket, and 20 seconds between FB and chloroform search.

OK...it shows she worked over 40 hour a week...every week.  On the stand Sindy says...we would have to balance out the week so we COULD not claim OT (paraphrasing).  What was considered OT?  50 hours??  So if you are 'fudging' your time card..why not just put 8 hours every day and be done?  Just put down...arrive 8AM  leave 5PM?  

I hate when these liars think you are as stupid as they are.   The state probably won't go after her till after the trial, if they do at all.  But, I sure hope they do.  

What Cindy did today is put her supervisor in a position to lose her/his job with that tale of them making them take that time. If a time card is falsified then the one over those is in big trouble. I will bet that the state will have that person in court shortly and they may come willing to tell the truth to cover their own butt.  I don't believe for a minute any of it is true, but she not only made herself out a liar, but also said her supervisor violated federal work laws. There is no depth these people won't sink to in order to get that skank off from murdering their granddaughter. That baby is better off dead than being raised in that house with such evil people.

Well well looks like Cindy lied again.  In her testimony she states she is not allowed to show overtime, her time record shows overtime.  I think SINdy may have opened a big can of worms for herself.  Would be real interesting to see her actual paystubs.  I highly doubt a corporation like Gentiva just allows you to switch holiday time for a different day without any type of documentation.  I am thinking the state will catch her in her big fat lies today.  I searched looking for KC's phone records for March of 08 but no luck yet.

I'm mentally exhausted from this case and my family thinks I have lost my mind cause I live on the computer watching the trial and blogging here plus watch on t.v.

I don't want to watch tomorrow but I just can't stop watching it.  At least being on here keeps me sane cause everyone is so smart and makes sense of the crap that is put out there by the defense, witnesses and talking heads.

Have you read her co-workers' statements to LE?  I think your assessment of how they felt about her is correct although I am not sure if they interviewed any of the nurses 'on her team' ...just the co-workers.
