Lee Anthony is furthering the defence strategy  of creating reasonable doubt in the minds of jury members in regards to the sexual abuse allegations in Baez' opening statement without implicating himself in any wrongdoing.

The cord issue was addressed in the prosecution stage when George Anthony was on the stand.  George did not deny which left the door open to further the reasonable doubt strategy of the defence.

Very bizarre testimony from Lee. If there was nothing inappropriate going on between the two of them, why the secrecy? And why was he "hurt"? This is all very strange.

I will say this aside from this case when it comes to the bonds of brothers-sisters. I grew up with my two half sisters and the one most closest to my age, we knew everything about one another that our parents never did. We protected each other and confided in each other and we covered for each other.

I would dare say that Lee knows exactly who the dad is. I think he knows exactly how Casey got pregnant. The guilt is probably killing him that he is not saying it as well as being accused of something he never did. He was Casey's bud and has now been accused by Baez as sexually molesting his sister.

I think the defense strategy of accusing Lee & George is tearing the family apart and devastating them. To help Casey, they are destroying their souls.

Thanks, Red. We need some context to put this into to get our heads around what's going on here. The tears from both Casey and Lee were real, IMO.

KC was not no baby either when she was pregnant.  Not like she was 15 or something.  Weird. 

I will not respond to weird sexual intimacy comments.  Pulease.  If he was sleeping with his sister, I think he would be upset cause that baby might have been his, and that is why he didn't go to the hospital.  Oh, wait maybe he didnt want to admit that.  GMAB.

Cindy kept hedging on the shorts.  The last time I saw them "on Caylee".  She always clarified as not to say the last time she saw the shorts.  She probably saw them in the car or bag....but not "on Caylee".

They do not have tile in the living room, they have carpet. There is not a wall to the right of the door, it is open to the dining room. There are pictures in the evidence thread.

The A's house has 3 sliders, there's the dining room, living room and master bedroom. I believe the sliders in the living room and bedroom open up into the florida room, otherwise known as a lanai...we call them screened in porches where I come from....

In my book they're all amoral..whether a grown man was't "invited" to his nieces birth must have been a slight, but comeon, it's a trauma that the whole family sobs about still??

The bottom line is: the whole family has sold their souls and will say whatever is needed. We can analyze the tears, the lies, the smirks til we're blue in the face but it won't ever make this farce make sense. The A's and her attys are unconcerned with truth or kc's mental probs or anything else.

Did Cindy actually "know" about the pregnancy but they were going to give the baby up for adoption?   If she denied it & then the baby was adopted no one would know in her mind. Now she's lying because she doesn't want anyone to know at one point they didn't want Caylee???  This exact scenerio (my hubby reminded me last night when I was going off on Cindy to him) we were planning to adopt a little boy about eight yrs ago and the family backed out after he was born.  Before that though the attorney confided in us that no one in the family knew she was pregnant except her parents.

Maybe thats why George cut the cord? HMM

Casey did talk about adoption and he mother said it was not an option is what I remember..

The short really are not as destroyed as Caylee's pink top was.  I'm thinking that maybe she wasn't wearing the short...maybe just that the shorts were in the car and got thrown in the bag.  Caylee could have easily been wearing the pink top and a disposalble diaper - both those items were in almost totally destroyed tatters.   But the shorts weren't so bad.

The shorts were on Caylee when she was found..one of her hip and thigh bones, I believe the reports stated , were still inside the shorts..the other was scattered.

They are Sdb. I was trying to remember how many sets of doors Cindy said they had. I'm sure she said the living room and I think her bedroom. I just can't remember what the floor surface is in her bedroom.
