I did. My brothers were all at the birth of my babies. (not in the delivery room ) We are a very close family and everyone is excited when we have new babies in the family.

Cindy kept hedging on the shorts.  The last time I saw them "on Caylee".  She always clarified as not to say the last time she saw the shorts.  She probably saw them in the car or bag....but not "on Caylee".

Yeah, his pain is real, I believe that, but then I'm sitting here remembering his CMA memorial.  CMA I love you!!!  I guess it's kinda hard figuring out a psycho family.

Boy, I sure hope Linda/Jeff get wind of what the public is thinking about this photo.

Personally, the "feet/shoes" look too big to me to be Caylee.

I would dare say that the children in this family were pitted against each other. Cindy is a controlling mental case that played favorites. However, that being said, I would tend to believe that Casey learned that and used Caylee as a prop against her parents.

I would say the tears are real. In my life experience I actually helped save my sister from brain cancer by getting her away from the docs in her area and getting her to medical folks closer to me with whom I hand connections with. The surgeons were experts in their field and every one in my family knew that if I did not call out my favors and make the calls for her to be a patient, she would not be with us today.

Later on in life my sister and parents did something that was terribly hurtful. To this day I have never gotten over the pain they caused. So I can understand the possible hurt that Lee feels. Of course I have no idea the circumstances to the Lee's family issues.

I agree, Red, tears are real, but they are more about the relationship/bond between KC and Lee than anything for Caylee.

On a side note, good for you for helping your sister! I am a cancer survivor myself. I'm sorry for whatever happened later, but that doesn't change that you love your sister!

Lee said CMA 3x at the Memorial Service, I always believed he made one statement for each of the CMA's, Caylee, Cindy and casey, in his family. I've just never been able to quite firgure out which statement was for which family member....

Bottom Line

Casey's actions in the month following her daughter's demise implies premeditated murder.  An "accident" would have dictated an immediate 911 call.  An unintended demise through an act of wrongdoing may have motivated a cover up but would have dictated grief and remorse ... not party party party.

The state attorney in this case indicted this case before Caylee was found. Before her remains were found, the state believed they had a strong enough case without the forensic evidence.

And I go back to what I`ve been saying for a long, long time. The crux of this case is how she reacted the 31 days after Caylee was missing.

That is indicative, in large part, of her guilt. And not to get too swept up on all the forensics -- it`s important, but it`s not absolutely critical.

I still think they are all liars,,I cant believe Lee is the only one who doesnt or wont lie. I would rather be wrong now than ever fall for their crap again. I didnt cry, ordinarily I would be boo hooing with him.. fool me once...... no more

I can't even understand why this line of questioning was allowed nor where it is going to help defend her in anyway..just shows she had no problem leaving people she supposedly loved out her big life moments..like not admitting she was pregnant to Lee..so..she hasn't admitted she killed her daughter either..that's how little Caylee meant from beginning to end....

For those of you asking I get why Lee was so hurt by the pregnancy. I have a son and duaghter ... they are very close . When my son found out that his 18 year old sister was pregnant with my grandson. he was devestated. He was sad for several reasons ..... disappointment, (wanted more for her in life) , could not believe we didnt tell him right away. Pissed at the father of the baby feeling he was trying to trap her ... he cried just like Lee.

Sadly, this is true. Someone in my family was complaining that she and her husband (one of these was my sibling, but for privacy, I won't say which) anyway, was complaining she and her husband couldn't afford groceries. Since their child is my neice/nephew I said to her that perhaps since she stays home and doesn't work that she should pull her child from daycare and save at minimum $100 a week, which would give them money for groceries. She got extremely angry with me and hasn't spoken to me since Jan this year. My social worker friend said the same thing...sometimes people don't want to be helped, they just want you to listen. Well, hey, if you say you can't feed my neice/nephew, I'm gonna put in my two-sense! Sorry. But heck!
