I have lost faith in our judical system, I am wondering if we need to write it more for the victim and less for the defense.  I know most of us could not live with the lies and secrets but I do believe this family will do ok and not even look back.  Never asked what really happen, they will go along in life just as they have for most of their lives.. I am shocked but I have known people like this family and I too want answers but the answers are as wierd as the family..

When a defense attorney can say anything in court without any liability or arrest.
And when a defense attorney can aid and abete a criminal then I think we need to tweak our laws.  right now the criminals do better than the victim, witnesses, even jurors.
Personally, I would like to see a group of unbiased investigators and jurors investigating and uncovering the truth then sentencing the criminal.

Please say a prayer and/or send positive thoughts to the Prosecutiona and Justice for Caylee.

hmm I don't know if I should feel sorry for him. But I can say atleast he is not out with Mason and the Anthony's making up a story. Baez kept asking him if there was another reason he was hurt and he said no. So Baez wanted him to say that because he molested or dad molested Casey but couldn't because he knows it was a lie.

Cindy testified that she has a home computer and a laptop.  She testified that she used the home computer, which didn't require a password (uhmmm, she used whatever was there) to do the chloroform searches.  Why then did she testify that often when she came home from work and Casey was on the home computer, she would ask her to get off so that she could use it.  She has her own password protected laptop so why didn't she use that?  This makes no sense other than to lie and say that she did the searches.  I wish they would ask her why she just didn't use her laptop.

I've seen a picture of Caylee in that dress and scarf one of the little dogs was in the back ground. I have looked and looked and can't find it. Does anyone else remember it? Monkey hugs

They do not have tile in the living room, they have carpet. There is not a wall to the right of the door, it is open to the dining room. There are pictures in the evidence thread.

They are Sdb. I was trying to remember how many sets of doors Cindy said they had. I'm sure she said the living room and I think her bedroom. I just can't remember what the floor surface is in her bedroom.

And I believe she said the kitchen also had a slider leading out..but it was rarely used.

Alot of this was in her testimony with LDB at the beginning of the trial with pics LDB put up and Cindy would decribe what room , etc was in the pics.

I still think they are all liars,,I cant believe Lee is the only one who doesnt or wont lie. I would rather be wrong now than ever fall for their crap again. I didnt cry, ordinarily I would be boo hooing with him.. fool me once...... no more

I know that my son would not be mouthing "I love you" to his sister at his niece's memorial within a couple of weeks of released documents/jailhouse letters that reveal she has made allegations against him of inappropriate behavior.

I thought Cindy had stated in her testimony that they weren't allowed to show overtime on their time cards, I just heard that testimony replayed on TV a little while ago.  The time cards posted earlier in this thread? (I can't find them now) prove that is a lie.  Several of them had over 40 hours.  

Anything over 40 hours is overtime, that's Federal law.

I worked for the government, we had time cards. We were overworked and were not alowed to have overtime. we were salary. BUT the office allowed us to stay and work BUT we had to clock out. to get our work done. It was stressful! BUT the computers show When we logged in and out there was a record of it!

Is this the picture?  I thought I heard on the tail end of discussions on WFTV online them discussing how tall Caylee seemed in that picture.

Good morning, all!  This is definitely not Caylee.  We know a number of two-three year olds and none of them are this tall, using the door frame/handle as a reference point. You nailed it on the shoes too!  Although they're pretty blurry, they appear to be at least a Size 1 if not larger.  No way a 2-3 year old would be wearing those.  Look at the girl in relation to the furniture to her right.  Looking at the shoulder to hip/waist to knee/waist to ankle ratios, that child appears to be 7-9 years old.  Didn't Cindy babysit for a child while Casey was in jail and she allowed the child to play in Caylee's room? We were all appalled that someone even entrusted her with the care of a child.  If this isn't a child they know dressed up, it's a photoshop, featuring an elongated Caylee.  Just my two cents.

This kid is a least 4 or 5 years old. Good grief............

I hope someone in that family has at least a yocto meter which is 10^-24 m..is considered as the smallest unit to measure the distance... So far Cindy is worthless, George is not much better and the children are even less so..

Think about Jose Baez's opening statement regarding the despicable accusations against Lee Anthony and then think about Mallory Parker's "gushing" response to questioning in regards to Casey's relationship with Caylee.  Amazing?  Special bond?  Would "good" not have sufficed when the defamation of her fiancee is considered.

I remember when all this started in 08, Lee was telling kc's friends not to lie for her or something to that effect...to cooperate with police, etc...and when he was on the phone with her, first call home from jail, he sounded beyond fed up and telling her to stop it because they're going to find out eventually.

I think what we saw today is a guy who is so fed up with being related to this monster and yet at the same time he still cares about her because she is his only sister and he's fed up with how it affects his parents too. Maybe it wasn't so much about the pregnancy and they bsing him as it was all of the crap kc has put the family through and all the crap the co dependent stuff between kc and CA has put the family through. Some of the separation between GA and CA was over kc and GA told the tow guy they would probably get divorced over the crap kc was causing then at the time. I bet there have been so many fights in that house over something kc did or didn't do or lied about, etc...

OTOH, what we saw could be sheer nervousness and/or fear of the questions he knows he's going to be asked that have yet to be asked that have nothing to do with him being hurt about the pregnancy situation...that may be the start of where that questioning is leading to and the thought of it just shook him up for a minute.

Or he was regretting not being there when Caylee came into the world.

If kc were my sister I'd bawl my eyes out...I'd also change my name and move to the other side of the country.
