It started the other guy.  Hornsby was accusing Nejame of being a media pawn and forgetting he has to practice law with the orlando bar group

I think was is pathetic and reprehensible by BAEZ is he is trying to get some AHA moment out of Lee that meolested his sister. When the fact of the matter is that he is hurt by the allegations.

BAEZ and Casey's plot was to ruin every body and destroy them at all cost.

I wonder if for some brief moment that casey reaslized she might have just hurt the only true friend in Lee she ever had? Even Casey might have had a moment of weakness and a heart. She knows she has devasted Lee by her accusations.

I am going to be very interested to see what the STATE does after the defense rests to explain Cindy's lies on the stand of the searhes, her employment records, etc. She has not stopped lying since she was on the stand.

Red...I so agree......she knows she has devastated Lee and IMO she knows he is fragile.....and she just doesn't give a damn.....it's all about her at all cost.  2 things I know for sure...1. if Caylee died accidently she would NOT have sat in jail for 2 1 /2 years and 2. if the A's knew Caylee died in that pool it would have been in a bazillion pieces and NOT sitting in their back yard.

he thinks Casey is going to testify and that the defense is not getting out what they want. I dont think she will testify, but I HOPE she does!

I think Lee is eating alone because he was supposed to throw GA under the bus But he just couldn't bring himself to say it. It looked like to me JB was looking at him really hard trying to will him to go ahead say it just say it. I think it was just about ready to come out of Lee's mouth but he couldn't say it. I think he was crying because he knew he couldn't say it to save his sister and ICA was because she wanted him to say it.

I thought Cindy had stated in her testimony that they weren't allowed to show overtime on their time cards, I just heard that testimony replayed on TV a little while ago.  The time cards posted earlier in this thread? (I can't find them now) prove that is a lie.  Several of them had over 40 hours.  

Anything over 40 hours is overtime, that's Federal law.

Yes, Yes, and Yes! Surely the State is going to rip this timesheet testimony to shreds. They have the tools to do it with!

The federal laws only apply to hourly workers. A salaried employee can work 100 hours a week if they want and it does not matter. She is trying to act like she is an hourly employee when she is not to confuse the jury about the rules.

I understand Cookie...and your reply demonstrates how difficult it must be for Lee to overcome and cope with his family...while it's said that "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree," there are some apples that spend most of their lives trying to roll as far from that tree as possible. From many posts, on this board, I can say that there are monkeys here that have overcome and triumped after being victims of crimes and growing up in dysfunctional families. I can't, just yet, assume that the A's sins are automatically carried by their son. I'm willing to give him a chance that he will do the right thing...tell the truth.

I think he is refusing to break bread with his parents and the defense because he is trying to distance himself from t,he chaos that is Anthony. . Plus he's not about to be fed any testimony by any of themI have thought for a time now that Lee may be Caylee's voice, of course I've been wrong about the A's before, but I think Lee is the most honest, and probably the most hurt of any f them...that are living.

I have a friend who is a photographer, she claims there is softwear that can make ppl look slimmer in pix.  looks stretched to me also, seems like I recall that outfit in another pic..or one similar. a dress and matching triangle scarf

my grand daughter is the same age as Caylee was..she can open the patio door and she could climb up the ladder to the pool if she got access to it...the gate to their pool (my kids) is always locked because Sophia can open the patio and other doors in their home..they have been keeping a bar across the patio door lately just so Sophia can't get out without them knowing...
I don't for one minute think that Caylee would have been out of Cindy's sight for even a second..and I seriously doubt that she would ever leave the ladder out...I never forget to lock the gate to the pool, ever!
