Yes, and how somewhere in there he must feel maybe he would have seen the warning signs if he'd been a better uncle. Surely, he thinks, he wouldn't have "killed" his child. It must be difficult for him to seperate KC from the woman who aborted his child.

IM sure this will get moved.. but I can feel for Lee a little bit being left out. I have a brother a years younger then myself.. I will be 46 and he will be 45.  We usually talk perhaps one to three times a week via phone. He dont live real far from me. 6 years ago I tryed getting in touch with him.. leaving him voice mails.. his wife.. never heard NOTHING for well over a month. I had questioned my mom.. and my dad.. they acted dumb at the time. FINALLy I said WTF is going on ,... what happened??? FINALLY my mother told me that my brother had to go to rehab for snorting coke.. I was in SHOCK to say the least.. my brother who has a great job.. smarter then me.. My brother was on coke? Well he went to rehab.. his wife kicked his ass out and at the time they had a beautiful baby boy.. a few months old.  I cant say I was angry but very very hurt that I was not informed about anything til after the fact. Ughhhhhhhhh  I helped my brother and his wife get back together wayyyyyyyyyyyy back when. They are happier then pigs in shit til this day and have had 2 more kids as well. I always kind of felt like the black sheep in my family .. that my brother was and is the PRINCE.. good jobs.. good relationships.. nice house.. ect. I have struggled through 3 marriages.. <embarassing> I have 2 kids and a Grandaughter. My daughter is married and has a wonderful husband.. and my baby grabdaughter. She is 27. My sono was to another father .. I was married to him too.. he doed 3 yrs ago. My son is 21 and on drugs heavily and lives with his Paternal Grandparents since a few months before his daddy passed away. He turned 18 and wanted to be with his dad who was mentally ill.   My kid went down hill since his dads death. I get PISSED til this day because his Paternal Grandparents hide things from me about him.. my OWN mom and dad hide shit from me when they see or talk to him.. like RED said.. a Grandparent will stick up for their Grandchild before they will their OWN kid. I get VERY frustrated with it all . A friend of mine today of 25 years.. Our kids grew up together.. says to me.. Angie.. I have never seen anyone so dysfunctional then the ANthonys.. your EX in laws are next in line and of course my friend has issues with her own daughter as well. Oh.. I ALWAYS did say my ex in lawas reminded me of Anita and Paulus Vandersloot too.  Stick them all on a calender for what a dysfuncional family is all about. I wont say my family was because we never were. They know I get emotional and try to keep me from being upset. Hope I made some sense.. I doubt it though. LOL  Just trying to say I feel some for Lee.. dont shoot me.

When there is one person in a dysfunctional family that is not dysfunctional, it's a lonely place. You often get used to mediate, but when there is a group decision to pursue dysfunction, you're left out and ignored.
