Yes, the most logical question to Mason would be why was she handcuffed.

Then the 6 felonies come in.

Not sure about the 6 felonies regarding Amy - but the stolen credit card/money of her mother & the car that was the original 911 call very well might.

I don't think KC was ever charged for the thefts she committed against her family...

She wasnt but the nature of the 911 calls are what they are discussing.   So now all that was said regarding her stealing her mothers credit card & the sunbird (whateva) is coming in....Im pretty sure CJBP is contemplating how he will instruct the jury but the State is going to be able to bring it up

I don't have a clue.

However ... considering the questioning and cross-examination of both Lee and Cindy regarding the issue ... it appears tha tboth the defence and prosecution regarding it as relevent.

I still think Casey told her family that she was pregnant with Lee's baby.  They blamed Lee.  He just found out with the paternity test.  If they thought anyone else got her pregnant, they would have insisted on support.

Now that makes perfect sense. His crying would be she told him that and none of it was true and he went though being ostracized from the family because of it. I think Cindy is reading here behind her hidden guy because she keeps showing George things.

WOW! I figured she either told her mom it was Lee or GA, or it really was.  This makes a lot of sense.  I missed Lee's testimony and haven't watched much of anything today.  Just catching up.
In case Sindy does read here, I'd just like her to know that she's not a perfect 10, like she told Zeniada G. , and that she is a trashy mother who made her daughter what she is today but never holding her accountable.  Sindy, you didn't deserve Caylee so God took her home.  She's way better off than with the likes of you.

If JP allows this to continue, the defense just opened the door for the felony charges of check stealing by KC.

why did the defense even ask that 1 question? I dont get it. Is that why they called this guy?

BAEZ wants to make it appear they thought Casey was guilty of missing caylee. That fact was that Cindy wanted her arrested for theft of credit card and car.

Klaas will be back. If you have a working link where the picture is located, post it and I'll screen capture it. If you have a link where the picture came from, post that and we'll see if someone knows how to "recapture" what was there. I don't know how, but my money's on Klaas if there's a way to do it.

I think this is just another one of the defense lies and misrepresentations. I do wish we could catch them in this fraud upon the court if it is not her like I think.
