I have never seen a trial conducted in this manner before.  Don't know what to make of it.  None of this is making any sense to me.
this is the first anthony trial.  It will get better when the state goes after lee and cindy

defense needs to rest..the jury has lost interest it sounds like to me..

Yes they are losing interest..as they should be..this is boring and reiteration of prior testimony and it doesn't match up with anything they said before...so..I think the jury has already written off the family's testimony as tainted by lies or poor memory or just not able to testify against their offspring properly.  At anyrate the jury is not going to take into accoount anything the family has said.

The defense either needs to put the princess liar defendant on the stand..or rest.

The fabric print on the dress doesn't match the print of the scarf in this pic. I believe it's KC when she was young and the scarf was a hold over from her slore mother's youth...when did the A's carpet the living room? Another reason I think the pic presented today is years old...

Could be.

What would be the earliest footage/pics we would have to see the livingroom? And are there shots of them in that room when kc was a kid? I only remember outdoor pics of kc as a kid and I think one of Christmas maybe? Was that Christmas in Florida and was there carpet in that pic?

There's the video of KC and Caylee playing on the floor in the living room, the one where she's wearing the shorts her body was found with. I believe Cindy said the video was taken in the spring of 2007....and there WAS carpet then....IIRC

Here's the pic I posted earlier with carpet....

Oh right!  The other picture has tile.  Is there just sliding glass doors from the bedroom and living room?  There isn't a slider in the kitchen is there?  This should prove something.  Not sure someone would choose to have tile in their bedroom.

Since the family can't seem to keep their facts straight, the only time the jury should care about their testimony is during the penalty phase.  Even then, I wouldn't give it much thought.

There you go, carpet vs tile in the photos. We always saw carpet in the Caylee pics.

Actually I see the tile in both photos. Just at the sliding door. I had that in my house in Oklahoma. I'm not saying the photo wasn't faked somehow, but I do see the tiles.
Would have thought that black grout would have jumped out at me. It's very hard to see the tile against the carpeting in the photo.

In all of the pictures I have of Caylee she has NO sneakers on just very cute  shoes

I don't believe this is CAYLEE someone help me understand

The A's lived in that house since ICA was a toddler/baby.  We need to match the furniture that is in that picture vs furniture w/Caylee in the picture.  That cannot be Caylee IMO.

It looks like a handle on the door on the photo with the child
compared to the livingroom photo there doesn't seem to be a handle on the door,
maybe the handle to open the door is one of those that have a sort of carved out handle in the door.

I can see the tile, too.

This makes no sense to me.  Casey lived there and also had the opportunity to use the duct tape.  This is beyond stupid.

Don....that is what I keep saying....she took every damn thing else from that house that wasn't nailed down...gas...money...groceries...why not duck tape???

CJBP wants to know the relevancy of what he is bringing up to the "theory of the defense"

Mason wants to prove that the investigation was only focused on Casey.....STOP wasting our time Mason, this was a missing child case up until the defendant was indicted, rightfully so.

THERE WAS NO ACCIDENTAL DROWNING...now Im getting beyond bitter, way too pissed for words

(Both of those pics show a strip of tile right in front of the sliding glass door...)

There's a slider and tile floor in the kitchen, but if you look to the right on the pic in question, there's a oriental black cabinet/hutch, I don't believe it's in the kitchen...

I have not heard anything, but I have been in and out all day.  I am curious as well.
