Finally the judge is throwing out this whole direction the defense train is going in..because it has nothing to do with an accidental drowning and the 31 days following.

Thank you Lord..I wish hee would have thrown out half of this snit two days ago..because most has had nothing to do with the defense theory or poking holes in the prosecutions theory.

Finally..some common sense reigns in the courtroom.

In all of the pictures I have of Caylee she has NO sneakers on just very cute  shoes

 I dont beleive it either. Here is a pic of my Grandaughter ok.. she was 2  this past April.. she is in the 100 % for her height and wieght.. she has very long legs.. SHe is a bit over 3 feet tall and probably has grew a little more since this was taken on Mem. Day this year. But just to compare to that photo of Caylee? That looks like a 6 or 7 yr old to me.. IMO
Here is my TALL Grandaughter.. she dont look 6 or 7 yrs old..

There's a big difference in these two pictures.  In the Caylee picture it looks like the body section has been enlongated....look how long the knee up portion is - basically out-of-proportion.  Also the arm raised up looks long for a 2  y.o.

I think the prosecution should have a professional look at this picture.

I think there are 2 doors in the lanai that lead to the backyard, also if you look at the pic of just the living room, on the left, near the couch, there is a large, black, oriental, drop down desk(as leat it looks like one to me). I believe that is the same piece of furniture that we see to the right of the slider in the pic with the child...Anybody remeber where to find the "plans/blueprints" of the A''s house that were up not to long ago? Hate to harp about the pic, but I think it's questionable, at best.

I royally messed that up....I don't think its Caylee either...my son even pointed it out to me this morning that she is too big to be Caylee

I posted a pic to Blonde on page 90 of Morgan to compare with Caylee since they .. well Caylee was Morgans age she is now. I know you have seen pics of Morgan.. lol But this is one I found of her standing up recently..
