Finally the judge is throwing out this whole direction the defense train is going in..because it has nothing to do with an accidental drowning and the 31 days following.

Thank you Lord..I wish hee would have thrown out half of this snit two days ago..because most has had nothing to do with the defense theory or poking holes in the prosecutions theory.

Finally..some common sense reigns in the courtroom.

I think he gave them leeway to make sure they had an opportunity to get their evidence in for the drowning but is now tired of them just running non relevance witnesses being paraded though his courtroom.

The A's lived in that house since ICA was a toddler/baby.  We need to match the furniture that is in that picture vs furniture w/Caylee in the picture.  That cannot be Caylee IMO.

I just figured out why that picture looks strange to me.  If the child was opening the door...they would not put their hand in the handle...they would move their hand and put it on the edge of the door.  Even at this child's height it would be difficult/awkward for them to open that door with the handle.  Right?  I tried to shorten the stack...please forgive me if this doesn't work.

I royally messed that up....I don't think its Caylee either...my son even pointed it out to me this morning that she is too big to be Caylee

I posted a pic to Blonde on page 90 of Morgan to compare with Caylee since they .. well Caylee was Morgans age she is now. I know you have seen pics of Morgan.. lol But this is one I found of her standing up recently..

yes...Morgan looks her age. Sons gf is here now and her 3 yr old neice lives with them and she agrees and says that is a 5 or 6 yr old....

\There's a big difference in these two pictures.  In the Caylee picture it looks like the body section has been enlongated....look how long the knee up portion is - basically out-of-proportion.  Also the arm raised up looks long for a 2  y.o.

I think the prosecution should have a professional look at this picture.

Yes, and its not worth disputing too hard because whether George used it after the murder doesnt prove he had any knowledge of the murder or participated in disposing of a body in this defense theory of an accidental drowning

If the guy that did the skull animation with duct tape could figure out the size of the animation by measuring the photo of Caylee's features, couldn't he use several photos to measure the length of her arms and legs and determine an approx height and compare that to the door?
