I just got caught up on last night's postings.....thank goodness I signed off when I did....all I can say is anyone who believed CA yesterday and thinks she put a hole in the state's case OR who feels sympathy for the A's needs their frigging head examined. I went back and tortured myself to read CA's depos last night and yes she did mention searching for cholofyll.....

Because I remember looking up chlorophyl back
in March of last year, and I am not sure if I looked up
chloroform as well. I looked up alcohol and several
other things like at that -- like ethyl alcohol and
peroxide, too.

A I was researching things that -- as far as
the chlorophyl --

A -- and possibly chloroform because of my
animals because my Cocker -- or my Yorkies would eat a
lot of bamboo leaves and I know there's chlorophyl in
those leaves and they were getting sick, quite sick.
And I had previously lost two Cocker
Spaniels, and I wanted to see if there was any tie. I
had never thought about that with the cancer and stuff
that I lost the Cocker, so I started researching
different things.
As far as the alcohol and peroxide, I
researched just -- I was looking through different
things that was in our cabinets to make sure that there
was nothing that we had in our cabinets that Caylee
would get into because we didn't keep, like, you know,
cleaning supplies in the bathrooms. The only thing I
kept in the bottom bathrooms that we had locked was
alcohol and peroxide.
And I knew alcohol could be costly, but I
wasn't sure about the peroxide because I know you can
gargle with it, and I know you can drink some peroxide,
but I wanted to see how much could hurt, in case she
ever got into anything.

there is no mention of hand sanitizer or an email from work......she lied then and lied again yesterday. I have confidence that the State will have a chit kickin' rebuttal for her.     It is time to take off the kid gloves with the A's....but I don't think it will happen until rebuttal. We have waited this long, a week or so more won't matter.

There's at least three State witnesses from Gentiva including "Custodian of Records".
IMO when state gets to rebuttal Cindy  goes to the do not believe category in the jury mind. 

And hopefully to the cell next to her murdering daughter.

I think LDB did a pretty good job of showing the jury how Cindy builds-her-lies-as-she-goes yesterday. LDB is a calculated lady. She knows these people and can predict how they'll react to something fairly well. And she knows when to let them keep on talking, giving them enough rope that she can use later.

Did anyone happen to catch Dr. Drew last night?  I don't watch but caught the 4am repeat today and it caught my ear cause Natalie's Mom was on and compared Casey's lying to Joran's!  How appropriate, never thought of that, yes, two psychos in a pod!  But then dear ol Ms. Weintraub came on with her ever so stupid remarks about how the defense is doing a great job and FL hasn't proven a thing and to her I say STFU!!!!  She really shouldn't be paid to be so misinformed on tv and I don't really know one person who believes in her!

Good morning Titch. SeeMee, although perjury is seldom prosecuted, I do so hope the Pros. makes an example of Sindee. She should be fined and do jail time. I can only hope.

I'd like to think the jury didn't buy into anything that Cindy said yesterday. 

When Cindy testified for the prosecution, most of us felt compassion towards this woman, this grandmother who appeared broken, genuine, her grief was intense and we could feel her pain.

Yesterday, she presented herself as the defendant's mother willing to tell the world she was collecting pay for a job she wasn't present at, accepted responsibility for the internet searches, despite looking like a moron.

I understand and accept the family doesn't want Casey to get the death penalty, to make a mockery of the court and the jurors intelligence isn't the way to go about it.

Since she could come and go as she obvioulsy pleased and still get paid for it, who's to say she wasn't present the day Caylee disappeared or is this what Baez wants us to think.......?

I think I have to agree with you- the jury won't buy anything but that Cindy would do whatever it took to save her daughter.

Here's my big question...Is there any evidence that chlorophyl was ever looked up?  I know chloroform, (spelled two ways,) and how to make it was proven, but if chlorophyl was not, why not just say so?  This is bothering me.  Any answers?

I'd like to know as well. As far as I can see, based on what's been released, I dint see searches for chlorophyll. Anybody?

Thanks to all Monkeys for keeping the rest of us up to date on the trial and for all the handy links! I echo the sentiments of Blumonkey. SM is a shining light!! Thank you all for standing up for justice!

Anyone else also have a feeling Cindy's work computer story is going to come up again and once again the defense and Cindy will be left with egg on their faces? It's coming...just a matter of time.

I just have to say also that LDB keeps impressing Nick and me to no end! We have a lot of respect and admiration for the whole SP team, but Linda is amazing! You have to have nerves of steel to handle a witness like Cindy. She's maddening! It's such a temptation to slap her face! Linda learns her enemy's ways and learns well. We could tell she knew when to let Cindy just yack away because she could use those words out of her mouth later. I caught this shot of her patiently waiting for Cindy to stop yacking, letting her have her long long say! I hope i posted it right. Nick and I hope Linda is appreciated as much as we all here think she should be and that she's getting plenty of pats on the back for doing such a great job for Caylee and for the future security of other children...putting another monster away, far from getting clutches on other babies, and who knows, probably other adults. Thank you so much Linda Drane Burdick! 

Anyone else catch that look on Linda's face as Cindy was leaving the stand, walking by Linda on her way back to the gallery? Linda looked at Cindy like....wow!!

No and I did quite a bit of searching last night and couldn't come up with anything.  that's why I think LDB was completely blind sided yesterday. Had she not been she would have been prepared to produce recording proving that CA was lying.  Bet she has them this morning though   I hope rebuttal is BRUTAL!!!!
