State will have a rebuttal...approximately 1 to 2 days!!!!

I really can not take the torture of the Defense having 4 to 5 more days of testimony..then 1-2 for the State,,then closing agruments right..Lordy..if I was on the jury knowing I was going to miss another major Holiday with my family Memorial Day and July 4th I would be steamed.  These jurors put their lives on hold to listen to Baez ADD type of questioning and defense..just ridiculous!

 

It could be worse, but I know what you mean Ive thrown a few pillows, drank a few margaritas & I barely drink alcohol, jumped in the pool to cool off & suffered many a headache.   I may just be dang close to my guess on verdict day, we'll see.

Talking about Dr. Rodriguez. Why was he withdrawn?

Dept of Defense told him he could not testify. Rodriguez never got permission from DOD to testify.

I figured he could not take $'s because he worked for DOD. Now we hear he never even asked them, the DOD?

They will be deliberating over the 4th holiday.    Next Wed, Thurs is the 29th/30th with instructions to the jury should put them in deliberation by Thurs/Fri
