Get this  Linda K Baden thinks that if CJBP doesnt charge the Dept of Defense with tampering with a witness, no one will.....she has gone off her rocker for sure!!!   Does she not get it?    He should have never volunteered to testify to begin with!

Her career fell several rungs down the ladder on this trial. She acts like she is some kind of important, expert ... she is a clown. Her reputation will be forever tarnished.

I thought JP said if he had caught wind that the good Dr Rod was fleeing his juridiction he would have slapped something on him to hold him in jail until they got all the facts.  I need to relisten, but pretty sure he was shocked that Rod left without the Judges permission.

What does this mean?  how can they deliberate if they aren't in the same room?

They have to be separated from the time of closing arguments until they start deliberating - but the only time they can talk after that is during "official" deliberations.

I have worked for a government contract in the past ... you cannot imagine as a contractor how many things one is not allowed to do. When asked for jury duty we had to notify them and as to what kind of case.

The govt has 1M do'd & don't and you are supposed to be very aware of therm with policies, procdures and compliance.

The absurdity of Baez's questioning of the duct tape and pinning it on George is as follows:

1. use the hypothetical that George did what the defense has stated. How would a law enforcement officer who was infolved in a cover p of a crime be so stupid to then use the same duct tape at the command center? C'mon man!

I believe the following:

1. Bozo is such a dork, he's hanging his whole defense on "reasonable doubt".

2. Bozo thinks that if he throws enough chit on the wall, the jury will be so confused, they'll hang.

3. I have confidence that the jury isn't that dumb, they see what this azzhat is doing.

4. Bozo is a dumbazz dork. Even when you throw chit on the wall, there's a pattern. Granted, there's no duct tape, but there is a pattern. This pattern will spell "How do you know an Anthony is lying? When their lips are moving" and "Why would an Anthony bring a Bible to court? Cos they're praying the jury will believe their lies."

There is no doubt in my mind that "Roddy rat" was fully aware of them & ignored them.   What was he thinking in such a high profile case, he's in serious trouble & doubtful any other entity will hire him.

i don't know if I can think of anyone who was on trial or convicted of first degree murder who came from an ideal family.  I think her dragging her wacko family down with her is more reflective of who she is than any indication of innocence.  If anything, seeing them is an explanation as to how someone gets to the point they can kill their child and party on.

Exactly..they did her no favors and Baez is wasting time putting these whackadoodles on the stand as they change their testimony each time..and I think the jury just has come to the conclusion to ignore them and whatever they say because they are her family...and they are nutso.

I thought of something when viewing the photos of KC looking at Caylee being helped up the ladder by Cindy.  No matter what happens, even if KC goes home to her mother, she will always know Cindy loves Caylee the most.  That knowledge, the lies, the allegations, will be with them every second of every day.  No life to live for anyone.  And they brought it on themselves. 

I am not understanding what is he bottom line for LA testimony.  I need to try to figure this out.   And there is something between those two that does not make sense....were they allies,  survivors in a house of  horrors?   Nothing implies they were but their emotional tie is strange to me.  MOO

If the dufense will be done their case on Wed or Thurs there is no way they are planning to put slore on the stand.

You are right..with the length, breath and detail of her lies..we'd be here at Christmas still listening to her trying to convince us she was a good woman, with a good job, with a good nanny, with lots of good friends, with a good daughter who threw herself in the pool, drowned, climbed out, wrapped herself while still dead with duct tape, put herself in trash bags, grabbed trash from Mommy's latest squeeze's apartment, and then hoped in the trunk to decompose. 

Then after decomposing for a few days and knowing she was smelling up Mommy's trunk she hopped out and rolled herself over to Suburban drive and lay down in the swampy weeds and took all her little things that had been in Mommy's car with her..even though she had been dead several days by that time. 

Inbetween all this she met a nice man Mr Kronk and told him where she was going and where he could find her next so he could ultimately place her body on Suburban where it was currently found..as opposed to where the school is or where Dm Casey looked.  And JoJo fits in somewhere because he was so mad that Mommy let her drown..and he knew CeCe would be so mad at Mommy and JoJo..so she thought it best if she head over to Suburban on her own..dead and all as she was already.
