I'm wondering if Lee might have some type of manic depression or emotional disability.  What guy would cry over something like his kid sister being pregers?

And why would she cry with him?  Isn't that more emotion than she has shown this whole time?

Maybe her sympathy tears will backfire. If the jury thinks she is crying in sympathy with Lee, then maybe they'll think that the story of him molesting her is just another crock.

About the picture...it's never wise to believe anything the A's ahve said, including how tall Caylee was when she was "missing".
I bet Dr. G could state with authority how tall the skeletal remains proved her to be.
With the measurement of a standard door frame I think there are those that could accurately pin point how tall the child in the pic was, measuring from the floor up.

The piece of furniture right next to the door is not in the later pictures but could be explained as gone from redecorating..the carpet also.
There must be pros that can determine the pixel thing.
Might be too late for the State to get analyzing done but it sure would go a long way in proving the rampant dishonesty of both baez and the ants

Alsp,  it appears as tho she is wearing a pink skirt covered by a flowered pinafore of sorts...the skirt is quite deep in length.  This child looks five years old to me.

This trial is starting to remind me of the movie, "Sleepers" in a way. The part of the movie I am referring to for those who have seen it is the contrived court case, where it was scripted. The defense litterally seems to have the defense of casey and the witnesses scripted.

This is the reason why Baez keeps leading the witness and its objected to ... its a form of telling the witness what to say. however, when the State keeps objecting over and ober, it does tend to throw the witness off.

Those leading questions are also a sneaky, underhanded way of getting points across to the jury. Even though the judge sustains the state's objection, the words have already been heard by the jury.

OK, I'm sure Sam and Dean on "Supernatural" will forgive me for tuning them out for a bit.

There should be a recent before her death height for Caylee. I measured my sliding door, believing them to be of a standard size. from the floor to the base of the handle (not the ornamental handle you touch, but the metal that holds it to the door" is approx. 39 inches. Work it Monkeys!!

So did anyone else notice when JA slammed the papers down in front of JB at the end of the day, LDB went over and was talking to CM and it looked like she was giving him whatfor!!  Sims looked kind of surprised.  This was just before ICA was taken out (I think).  Anyway, it made me wonder what the heck LDB was saying, I thought she walked away pizzed.

That whole  end of court thing was very interesting.  Jeff was irate and Linda was so angry she was trembling.  Most interesting of all, at least to me, was Mr. George on Linda's heels, as soon as she turned away from Mason so did he.  He was in protect LDB mode.  The animosity between the 2 sides must be much worse than even what we can see.

The judge told Ashton to sit down again today.  I think Judge Perry is cute as can be but he does some things that I think are just not right such as insisting Juror #4 be included and not allowing in more party pics and the check charges.  Those checks were written right in the big middle of all of this and therefore are relevant IMO.  It's not as thogh she wrote them years ago.

Btw this is the worst trial I've watched, all because of the dam defense.

If you haven't seen it yet, DO NOT until after the case  LOL..........trust me on this, it was a phenomenal movie and one of my favorites, but it will lead to anxiety IMO (unless you already read the ending)

Wonder how old the little girl is that Cindy was babysitting?  She was playing in Caylee's room when Cindy took the person in there that was interviewing her.

IIRC the first 48 Hours had some video of that girl playing in Caylee's room.  When I first saw that image today of the girl with holding the sliders handle I immediately thought it came from that footage but have not looked for it to verify.  Just my gut.

In the 6/24 pic http://scaredmonkeys.net/index.php?topic=10852.msg1411038#msg1411038 it appears that the child has long hair.  I see the end of a pony tail sticking out of the right side of the scarf.  Caylee's hair wasnt that long. 

Also, either yesterday or the day before Bozo was trying to make a big deal about Caylee's shoes.  I was barely listening and didn't catch if he was talking about sneakers.  Does anyone recall that?

I think that is casey in the pic, I have never seen caylee that thin. and she seems shorter. caylee was only 2 no way thats a 2 yr old. can they have that pic tested or request it to be ? I know they can tell when it was taken IF its original but they could have printed it and if so how can it be allowed?
