I think the second one was in dec 08 or early jan 09.

I had never heard this one before.

Cindy must have been impossible to live with.  No wonder this happened!  I take back all my thoughts that ICA should have left Caylee with Sindy.  She should have just put her up for adoption so a REAL LOVING family could have enjoyed her.

I think it is either Casey about 5 or 6 or it is the little girl Cindy was babysitting dressed up to look like Caylee. I wonder if that rug is gone now from their living room if it is that little girl. If this is that little girl or Casey this is a serious fraud on the court.

About the picture...it's never wise to believe anything the A's ahve said, including how tall Caylee was when she was "missing".
I bet Dr. G could state with authority how tall the skeletal remains proved her to be.
With the measurement of a standard door frame I think there are those that could accurately pin point how tall the child in the pic was, measuring from the floor up.

The piece of furniture right next to the door is not in the later pictures but could be explained as gone from redecorating..the carpet also.
There must be pros that can determine the pixel thing.
Might be too late for the State to get analyzing done but it sure would go a long way in proving the rampant dishonesty of both baez and the ants

Alsp,  it appears as tho she is wearing a pink skirt covered by a flowered pinafore of sorts...the skirt is quite deep in length.  This child looks five years old to me.

still trying to find and average height chart for 21/2 yr old girls.   Another factor...the picture was not taken the day she went "missing" so it had to be sometime earlier than June 08 which would put her closer to the 2 1/2 range than the sure fire explanation the liar cindy would give which would be " she was tall for her age and she was almost 3"

I'm having a Leonard Padilla moment. Pretend I'm waving my index finger at you.
My theory is this: If Caylee drowned, it was after Casey placed her unconscious (after a dose of chloroform) body in the pool. I think she then planned on calling George and Cindy in a panic to tell them she couldn't find Caylee, but they didn't answer her calls. On to plan B. She leaves the pool ladder up, just in case she has to use the drowning story in case Caylee's body is discovered by George or Cindy. She places the body somewhere in the back yard at first, then puts it in her car. On June 24th, George finds Caylee's body in Casey's car and she tells him the sob story about Caylee drowning and how frightened she is and it's too late to go to the police. Perhaps she tells George something, maybe about drugs or chloroform in Caylee's system that would go against her if the body was autopsied. George agrees to go along with her kidnapping story and does dump the body. This is why Casey feels she has George where she wants him, because there is a half truth in there. She, Baez, and George, know that he helped dispose of the body, abandon her car at Amscot, and cover for her, but now Casey and Bozo are having a hard time proving it without telling the truth and nothing but the truth, since George is as good a liar as Casey. Which leaves Casey still on death row.

George just gave too many details about the events on the 24th. It reeked of a sociopathic "laying of groundwork." I believe he and Casey are birds of a feather. Cindy is a codependent, enabling liar, whose purpose in life is to protect her sick family. She is just as bad as they are in her own way.

He is already calling witnesses who have nothing of relevance to contribute.

Welcome, shutterblog!  And thanks for such a clear pic.  After reading everyone's comments re this pic, I agree:  that's not Caylee.  IMO it's Casey when she was little and less evil.  As for that black piece of furniture, it's probably what they had there before they redecorated the entire living room.

But the real clue to solving the mystery lies with those shoes.  It would really help if anyone can figure out when they were made.  Does anyone here have a female child who was the same age as Casey back then?  I don't but I do remember shopping for shoes around that time and they have the generic look of a Payless shoe style.  Little girls shoes are much more sophisticated these days.  And cuter.

Something more than one talking head has brought up on TV is they are concerned the state has not proved motive and in a death penalty case, it requires a motive. I thought it did not require a motive (in this state it doesn't) and I don't know if the talking heads are just talking out of her butts or not. Does anyone know if they have to prove motive in Florida?

I have felt the weak link in the case was the motive but I didn't realize it had to be proved. I felt since the state did not bring up the continuous power struggle between KC & Cindy or the fights the jury could not get a good picture of why KC would do it. They also did not get in the testimony of Tony about him not wanting a girl as a kid.

Between 36.061 and 37.82 inches tall. that makes her tall enough to reach the handle. However, the legs are too thin for a toddle. He legs should be chunky. Not Caylee.

Tks, I was a month off.
It was the November show that if I'm not mistaken Greta asked(?) or Cindy just showed on her own, a picture or pictures of kc when she was small.

Did Baez ever ask lee if he molested Casey? I just don't see how a jury will get passed him not asking lee that after his opening statement.

No, he didn't ask Lee if he molested KC. 

If I were a juror, I'd been wondering after the prosecution had Lee on the stand why they didn't question him.  Then, I would have probably thought, well, that's smart of the prosecution.  If the defense wants that info out there, they can ask Lee.  Then, after today and the defense didn't ask Lee, I'd been thinking....WTH???  Then, after that surprise, I would settle down and think it wa a ruse...the defense got enough out of Lee to say in his closing argument, you heard from Lee how dysfunctional the family operates and saw how Lee, a grown adult male, is still so torn up about it.  Now you can  understand how affected a young girl would be.

BTW - KC is a WOMAN....not a girl!
