It is kinda funny b/c Lee already told the jurors who he cared about in the jail videos. Remember:
1. Caylee

3. Mom (Cindy)
4. Dad

I think he is being true now to what he said before.  I wonder where he falls on that little list he gave - I guess at about 1 1/2 since he hasn't said he is a molester .... yet.

IIRC - It was said they never went to any church and that is why one of their friends or neighbors (can't remember which) had their minister to come to do the whatever they called them at their house when they claimed Caylee was missing. I did notice they have 3 or 4 different churches they went to at that time IMO for appearances.

Be assured that God is not mocked and when they start crashing it will not be pretty. I have a feeling they are going to get SO destroyed in court before this is over.

The A's lived in that house since ICA was a toddler/baby.  We need to match the furniture that is in that picture vs furniture w/Caylee in the picture.  That cannot be Caylee IMO.

Look at the size of Caylee's arm compared to her greatgrandpa's hand.  It isn't that long at all.  And we know for a fact that this pic was made on Sunday before she was murdered.

When I first saw this picture and still now, to me Caylee looks frightened, worried.

Not of her great grand dad or whoever is taking the picture.

I always wondered if she knew what was going to happen. Since she had been with Cindy all day, I wondered if anytime she was with Cindy like that KC would go off on her.

hang on - i just read something like that in Cindy's depo.  I think that was part of all this.  Cindy said as much in her depo, she had just spent a week on vacay and she and Caylee had a girls week together.  I'll see if i can find it again.

The scrape/bruise under her eye doesn't help.  IIRC, this was at Ricardo's apt when he said she'd fallen against the table.

Hello monkes, Ive been busy with stuff going on in my life but I have managed to keep up with what has been going on every day in court and I cant believ the total well "crap" that went on today. Lee was  as fake as he could be, what kind of Man cries over his family not telling him that his sister was pregnant but can talk about his murdered neice without a tear falling. If you ask me this both Lee and Casey have a problem with wanting to be number one in their parents lives and get mad if one gets something the other doesnt. This whole family is crazy, and its no wonder to me that a tragedy happened there, it surprises me more that it took as long as it did!   I agree with alot of you here..........They are all lying and this has been planned from the beginning and there;s no telling what else we are gonna hear and see before this is over! Poor Caylee never stood a chance and at this point I can only pray that this time nothing they do will change the outcome.....Casey is guilty and should get the death penalty, I can only hope that the jury will see through this families lies and games and give her just that!

So did anyone else notice when JA slammed the papers down in front of JB at the end of the day, LDB went over and was talking to CM and it looked like she was giving him whatfor!!  Sims looked kind of surprised.  This was just before ICA was taken out (I think).  Anyway, it made me wonder what the heck LDB was saying, I thought she walked away pizzed.

That whole  end of court thing was very interesting.  Jeff was irate and Linda was so angry she was trembling.  Most interesting of all, at least to me, was Mr. George on Linda's heels, as soon as she turned away from Mason so did he.  He was in protect LDB mode.  The animosity between the 2 sides must be much worse than even what we can see.

The judge told Ashton to sit down again today.  I think Judge Perry is cute as can be but he does some things that I think are just not right such as insisting Juror #4 be included and not allowing in more party pics and the check charges.  Those checks were written right in the big middle of all of this and therefore are relevant IMO.  It's not as thogh she wrote them years ago.

I agree.  In fact, I think the taking of the money and the spending in, in connection with the killing of Caylee, the dancing on her grave, is all similar to a "spree".  This was a BIG part of what KC did during those 31 days.  WHY isn't it admissable in court?

Something I noticed in that video is Cindy's dog is digging in and eating grass. Is it smelling Caylee there?? That contradicts her testimony that she was worried about the chlorophyll they ate so she got the chloroform.
