I never thought any of them would tell the truth. I have been rather surprised with Lee because while he is covering up, he is not lying like I expected. I do wonder what he went to bozo with that was so important to his sister.

Those are size 4 - I have a grandson who is 8 and he just wears a 2 in sneakers. Those must be some someone gave her for later as there is no way that baby could wear those.

About the picture...it's never wise to believe anything the A's ahve said, including how tall Caylee was when she was "missing".
I bet Dr. G could state with authority how tall the skeletal remains proved her to be.
With the measurement of a standard door frame I think there are those that could accurately pin point how tall the child in the pic was, measuring from the floor up.

The piece of furniture right next to the door is not in the later pictures but could be explained as gone from redecorating..the carpet also.
There must be pros that can determine the pixel thing.
Might be too late for the State to get analyzing done but it sure would go a long way in proving the rampant dishonesty of both baez and the ants

Alsp,  it appears as tho she is wearing a pink skirt covered by a flowered pinafore of sorts...the skirt is quite deep in length.  This child looks five years old to me.

still trying to find and average height chart for 21/2 yr old girls.   Another factor...the picture was not taken the day she went "missing" so it had to be sometime earlier than June 08 which would put her closer to the 2 1/2 range than the sure fire explanation the liar cindy would give which would be " she was tall for her age and she was almost 3"

    also, even IF shes could reach the handle that photo looks so odd......really thin legs, darker hair, HUGE boyish looking shoes but my point is most sliders are harder to open that a normal door. My son could open the doors when he was not even 2 and I had to put those spinning covers on my round door knobs, but when we moved her we had sliders in the first condo and the house I bought and I have a hard time opening them with one hand. I have to almost lean into the push with my weight to open one, not a shot in hell my kids could have at 3 or 4 yrs old.

Caylee's shoes range from size 4 to 7 1/2.  Very odd.

So did anyone else notice when JA slammed the papers down in front of JB at the end of the day, LDB went over and was talking to CM and it looked like she was giving him whatfor!!  Sims looked kind of surprised.  This was just before ICA was taken out (I think).  Anyway, it made me wonder what the heck LDB was saying, I thought she walked away pizzed.

That whole  end of court thing was very interesting.  Jeff was irate and Linda was so angry she was trembling.  Most interesting of all, at least to me, was Mr. George on Linda's heels, as soon as she turned away from Mason so did he.  He was in protect LDB mode.  The animosity between the 2 sides must be much worse than even what we can see.

The judge told Ashton to sit down again today.  I think Judge Perry is cute as can be but he does some things that I think are just not right such as insisting Juror #4 be included and not allowing in more party pics and the check charges.  Those checks were written right in the big middle of all of this and therefore are relevant IMO.  It's not as thogh she wrote them years ago.

I agree.  In fact, I think the taking of the money and the spending in, in connection with the killing of Caylee, the dancing on her grave, is all similar to a "spree".  This was a BIG part of what KC did during those 31 days.  WHY isn't it admissable in court?

WAIT!!! Just had a flash thought.  Remember in the case-in-chief, the prosecution brought into evidence MANY photos of KC going shopping at Target, etc....then "nothing".  I bet more about those pictures comes in during the rebuttal case.

I heard Jeff make a snipe at the defense late today about the rebuttal case:  oh we've got plenty to show in the rebuttal!
