R those the 22 pairs of shoes kc had at the house?
How many other shoes did kc own?

These are kids shoes.  There are some of KC's shoes in the series as well.  KC has size 5 1/2 - 6
Dammit, now I hate her even more! Petite feet...will the agony never end???

They are kids shoes but they are size 4 and 22 inches long. The ones Caylee wore were size 7 (small kids before they get to the 12 & 1 size) and only 16 inches long. She was not wearing them yet - must have been given to her

BAMBOO to the right. Sure doesn't look like it's invasive to me

Cindy said this was the main door they used to enter patio - off of the livingroom.

Cindy said they have 3 sliding patio doors, kitchen. livingroom and master bedroom
and all have locks on them.

No.  The set of images released are of the remains site as well as the search warrant on the house.

Those are size 4 - I have a grandson who is 8 and he just wears a 2 in sneakers. Those must be some someone gave her for later as there is no way that baby could wear those.

Caylee's shoes range from size 4 to 7 1/2.  Very odd.

Here is a size 7

http://media.myfoxorlando.com/photogalleries/021809remainsfoundOCSOpictures_set10/1/lg/209337.htm

Kids shoes run from 1 to size 12 then they start again at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.

Kermit-  I mentioned the second picture down you've posted above a day or so ago, but didn't I have it.  Someone was posting that Cindy said she didn't allow the dogs in the back yard because she didn't want Caylee playing where the dogs went to the bathroom.  Well, there's a picture of one of the yorkies in the backyard.  Was that another Cindy lie?    I remembered the photo because of the goofy way Casey was standing with her toes turned in.

Wow MuffyBee you are right. I hadn't noticed that. It also shows Caylee wearing shoes. I don't know why, but I'm stuck on all the times Bamboo has been mentioned and it looks like it is well under control and nice in the yard. Something doesn't add up.

Hereing rerun of Jeannine Pirro's special and comments by Geraldo (geesh, he's on every show tonight)

Said: watching Le behave like a husband or father on the stand is weird - and even though DNA test say Lee is not the father, his reaction is not normal, we know that G&L are not the father but that authorities felt compelled to test is unusual and Baez should have a chance in a "death" case to "present" his case.

I'm thinking that a lot of what Lee is upset about is that he was angry with mom and sister and felt left out - therefore, he did not go to the hospital to see sister/baby because he was on a major "pout" or just p.o.'d and although it wasn't said, I have a feeling that it affected his relationship with his niece - today he said he had regrets....I'm thinking regrets that he wasn't closer to his niece.

That was me that said they didn't let the dogs in the back yard.  I noticed, too, the yorkies in the picture and listened to a couple of the YouTube videos of Greta's visit and the dogs were walking around in the backyard during that, too.  Guess what...one of the Yorkies was eating the grass.  No joke!

IMO, neither the arms nor the legs are as skinny as the girl in the photo by the sliding door.

Something more than one talking head has brought up on TV is they are concerned the state has not proved motive and in a death penalty case, it requires a motive. I thought it did not require a motive (in this state it doesn't) and I don't know if the talking heads are just talking out of her butts or not. Does anyone know if they have to prove motive in Florida?

I have felt the weak link in the case was the motive but I didn't realize it had to be proved. I felt since the state did not bring up the continuous power struggle between KC & Cindy or the fights the jury could not get a good picture of why KC would do it. They also did not get in the testimony of Tony about him not wanting a girl as a kid.
i think i heard what you heard.  i have NEVER heard motive is a required element to prove, even in a death penalty case.  I think maybe what they meant was intent for the premeditation to have been formed. They did say motive though but I think they misspoke.
At some point in time didn't LDB bring up the relationship between KC and CA?  I think they will talk about motive in their closing arguments even though they are not required do do so.

Jeannine Pirro's special - Mark Furman - said you'd better believe that there is probably a half dozen detectives chasing down every moment she was at work, every store she was in, every place she shopped, every gas station she was in....pretty hard to be a home searching on the computer when you're doing other things.

84 deletions - is absolutely absurb

Designed to do away with the "pre-meditation" in this case

We have forgotten as a nation who the "victim" is in this case - it's a little girl who rotted in a swamp.

Furman thinks the prosecution may go after the grandmother if they find she was really at work or somewhere else because you can't derail a murder case (if this is what she is doing).

I think those sneakers may be the Velcro kind that were popular when my oldest was 5 or 6.  He's close to Casey's age.  He had Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ones.  They also had some at that time that laced up and had the Velcro strap at the very top that went over where the laces tied.

I outlined in red what I think could be a Velcro strap.

"I can look back over the past 10 years and there were no steps wasted, and there are no regrets,'' she said. "I did all I knew to do and I think that gives me greater peace now." "I've lived every parent's worst nightmare and I'm the parent that nobody wants to be," she said.

Cindy Anthony said there was a ladder leading up to the pool. She said 2-year-old Caylee knew how to climb the ladder up to the pool but that the ladder was removed when they were done swimming.

Cindy Anthony later told jurors she discovered that the pool ladder had been left out when she returned home from work on June 16.

Here's the pic I posted earlier with carpet....

Jackie, can you shrink this picture  and put the picture of Caylee side by side with it....it doesn't look like the same room to me...thanks

Hi Sunny, I don't know how good this is - it appears the patio chair has is the same with a rug or shadow under it in both.

thanks Jackie.....I wonder if the patio/sunroom runs along the entire back of the house?

I looked and looked at this and haven't read all to see if you came to a conclusion yet but I do think it's Caylee.  Those shoes are big, white and ugly.  They would make any foot look big.  My take on this is...the cabinet by the sliding door isn't very tall, the handle on the sliding door isn't high at all and if you look closely you can see the beige door mat in front of the side door in the Florida room.  The light switch also is not real high up and that pic probably was taken by someone short like Casey.  She is reaching up for the handlle.  Isn't Casey only 5ft. tall and that table by the back door would prolly be up to her rib/breast area. The measurement of my reg door handle from floor to underside is 34inches.
