i think that Casey is trying to take cues from Cindy as to when to cry and what to make it look like.  I wonder if maybe Cindy won't suddenly decide she WAS home from work that day.  I wouldn't put it past Cindy to think that she could get away with saying, oh yeah, that drowning - i just remembered that!

How much you wanna bet bozo told Cindy this morning she gets more sympathy when she cries on the stand, i am sure he read everyone being furious at her yesterday if she says she didnt take the ladder down the jury will see right thru this crap

Cindy is really looking fake to me now..trying to muster up sympathy from the jurors! sooooo fake...
like she has never seen these pictures before..does she whine everytime she sees them? also, when they showed Caylee's bedroom, she gets all emotional...like she hadn't seen that bedroom every single day that she walks past it...so fake!  I am sure that she doesn't get that emotional every time she walks past the room and peaks in...liar!
