Cindy is crazy for even mentioning that's why she was searching! Hell, if bamboo were poisonous to dogs, people in Japan China Vietnam etc wouldn't eat them! Wth! All of their resident cats & dogs would be dead with all the freaking bamboo growing there!

So Caylee did this herself...she got out of the house unseen, climbed on the ladder and ended getting up and into the pool, she drowns.  Explain the duct tape verses a 911 call?

There's no explaining that, and they know it!  It wasn't an accident!

Casey hasn't been sitting in jail all this time, facing the death penalty for an accident.

i think that Casey is trying to take cues from Cindy as to when to cry and what to make it look like.  I wonder if maybe Cindy won't suddenly decide she WAS home from work that day.  I wouldn't put it past Cindy to think that she could get away with saying, oh yeah, that drowning - i just remembered that!

Well, I hope the A's realize that by helping to imply that a drowning occurred, they are also implying all the rest, including George's coverup and molestation of his daughter.Since this is okay with them, they better know THEY CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS! They can't play the victims and still try to help their 'victimizer' Casey. If they go along with the defense theory of drowning, then they are admitting to it all, regardless of what they say through their tool of an attorney, out of the hearing of the jury.

The defense goes waaaay overboard with everything.  They didn't just say that Caylee drowned, they say George was there.  They didn't say they just panicked and hid her body, they say it was stolen.  They don't say that the duct tape was applied right after death, they say it was applied to bones months later.  they don't say a bone was buried b/c it was left in the elements, they say a dog buried it.  at some point (which I believe was a long time ago) the jury reaches their BS limit.

just catching up and had a thought on the shorts... the same shorts would fit a toddler wearing pull-ups, and then when potty trained with just panties, would/may still fit in that size later because the bulk from the pull-up would'nt be there.   does that make any sense?

Because it looks really bad to be railing on a grieving grandmother, as this grandmother continues to lie then it can be understandable if the State has to go after her to impeach her.    Remember the jury doesnt know all we know, the jury is reacting to what they see on the witness stand.

What really  p's me off is that they are placing the blame of her death on Caylee I don't think a Grandmother and I use that term lightly can be/get any lower then that.

Anyone who has children knows that the way children's clothing is sized is so off it's ridiculous.  I always used my judgment to determine what size to buy and at times on the same day I would buy a 2T or a 4T, depending on the manufacturer.

The Anthonys definition of love is "I'll lie for you".
