What really  p's me off is that they are placing the blame of her death on Caylee I don't think a Grandmother and I use that term lightly can be/get any lower then that.
If you want to save ICA from the needle you can do that without throwing little Caylee under the bus with the rest of you low down pigs.

who cares what cindy says about the ladder being left down.  The defense claimed George was there and found the body.  unless they believe george is lying, that story is disproven.  I don't see why it matters what cindy says about the ladder.

They want to blame both grandparents, taking it totally out of Casey's hands.   Cindy left the ladder up, George disposed of his granddaughter.

Cindy should be crying for the lack of caring and love for her grand baby Caylee.

Don't worry Cindy about your tears, they are not half as much as the tears that Caylee is crying in Heaven wondering why you could care less about providing justice for her.

One thing is for certain, Caylee is with someone who cares all about her and loves her and would never hurt her ... her real Father.

i think the defense startegy in doing this, in part,  is to give casey an opprotunity to showcase her grieving mother tears and to let the jury hear how much the family loved caylee, blah blah blah.  If casey doesn't take the stand, this is her time to shine (through Cindy) as a loving mother.

They had the work records, but Cindy says that no matter what her work records say, she left early that day, so anything they want to do now, they have to subpeona people from her work and do that on rebuttal.  they cannot bring perjury charges in front of the jury.

The defense claims that Caylee died by accident and KC hid that fact because she was afraid of her father because he molested her for yrs & yrs. How then do they explain (I know maybe they don't have to) Georges also lying and covering up the accidental death? Why is not only KC but GA both covering up an accidental death? Not only are they both covering up an accident but are both staging it to look like a crime? Who takes an accident hides it, and then makes it "look like" a crime took place instead?
