I wondered yesterday if maybe the jury will be so fed-up with the A's lies they might just give the DP to Casey just to spite them for wasting the jury's time.

Me either.  I'l tell you what's sad---seeing those photos of a sweet, trusting little girl being ever so careful trying to get into a pool.

Yup. An innocent sweet baby who had no idea her mom would murder her or that her grandma would take her mother's side. She can wear that Caylee jewelry all she wants...she's always on the wrong side of the courtroom. It's like it doesn't matter that kc killed that baby...and cindy knows more details than we do...she saw the ugly...she slipped up and told people she was an unfit mom.

Jose Baez will now assert that it was Caylee who was responsible for her own death.

Red likes to sometimes live in his own world that remembers a time long past when grandparents would give their grandchildren $5 they did not have, They would be all lovings and a shelter from parents. Since when has a grandparent ever taken the side of their child over their grand child? Ever? The answer is never.

So, is JP going to make the defense state their theory?  I'm confused and I think it has something to do with listening to Jose and cindy.

Casey Jordan on InSessions said that she thinks that George will testify different than Cindy, therefore confusing the jury, raising reasonable doubt..thinks this is the new strategy for the defense...<<something like that...
