Yup. An innocent sweet baby who had no idea her mom would murder her or that her grandma would take her mother's side. She can wear that Caylee jewelry all she wants...she's always on the wrong side of the courtroom. It's like it doesn't matter that kc killed that baby...and cindy knows more details than we do...she saw the ugly...she slipped up and told people she was an unfit mom.

I'm gonna just take a guess here that "sad" meant, "sad for Caylee" because the hinkymeter seems pro-Caylee to me.

I like Magpie and have the utmost respect for The Hinky Meter, as well.

if the shorts were so small as to be unwearable then why did they still have them? 

I think they were lagging behind in that pack pack because sometimes as parents we don't clear out diaper bags and that appeared to be Caylee's diaper bag and possible that after the fight with Cindy, Casey left in a huff and hurry without getting extra clothes for Caylee, I don't think Casey returned with Caylee, at least not with a live Caylee that Sunday nite. Lots of holes because we go from Cindy saying they had a nice evening to George seeing them befoe they left the next day and we all know there was a huge fight between Casey and Cindy, one of which being Casey wanted to take Caylee swimming and Cindy said it was too cold, so did Casey take Caylee in her bathing suit? I know Simms asked yesterday could the stain in the truck had been from Caylee's wet bathing suit. JMO

Exactly! I always kept an extra set of clothes for my son in the car, and one day, he fell into a pond and needed to use them. He was in 2T's and the shorts in the car (i had just forgotten about them until then) were 24 months. They did fit! Albeit slightly snug, but they fit.

Yep and there were no clothes in that back pack so I think upon that day, Casey was down to the bottom of the barrel.

This will be hard, but let's imagine for just one moment Casey gets off scott-free, saying it was an accident. Then what? Cindy knows the truth. How will Cindy live with Casey? The bitterness will come. The anger will come. (by the way, this is pretending someone in society doesn't kill KC first). Something will blow up between the two of them living in the same house; because Cindy knows!

I hope Cindy knows how to sleep with one eye open - 'cause that bitch will finish her off if she gets half a chance.   

Yep! And KC will be more careful. Now that she knows about the chloroform evaporating, you can bet she will use only it and then call 9-1-1 saying she found her in her bed dead. Will be super-hard to prove then.

I think that if KC gets off and moves in with her parents, they will just go on with their little lives, pretending that nothing ever happened..they will keep their shrine to Caylee and will tiptoe past it...like she never was....

I do not think that is Caylee....the sneakers are just off, I dont remember Caylee having bulky sneakers, the legs seem longer

I'm thinking it looks kinda like Caylee is afraid to go up and Cindy has hands directly on her as if guiding.  I know it's a "Caylee look at the camera" type of pic but she's looking kind of fretful about going up.

Check out how they're wiping their eyes. Is this some kind of code or warning?

Because of Cindy's testimony yesterday I now fully believe that all of the behavior on the defense side, including Casey's has been set up for awhile.  I think that the no visits accepted by Casey is to give the look of not being on one another's side and so on...their plan is likely to cause reasonable doubt even by taking much of the blame...and knowing that if they can get her off then she cannot be retried.  They know that there is no evidence against George so he will not be convicted either.  This should be illegal.  This should change the laws of double jeopardy...just isn't right.  They know exactly what they are doing.
