Was just thinking. My daughter turned 9 in April, and I just finally tossed some 6x shorts she has in her dresser. She can still fit into them, but at some point, you just have to get rid of them.

Is this the picture?  I thought I heard on the tail end of discussions on WFTV online them discussing how tall Caylee seemed in that picture.

I've seen those pics of caylee in that outfit with the scarf, it could be the angle it was taken making her look taller?

Because of Cindy's testimony yesterday I now fully believe that all of the behavior on the defense side, including Casey's has been set up for awhile.  I think that the no visits accepted by Casey is to give the look of not being on one another's side and so on...their plan is likely to cause reasonable doubt even by taking much of the blame...and knowing that if they can get her off then she cannot be retried.  They know that there is no evidence against George so he will not be convicted either.  This should be illegal.  This should change the laws of double jeopardy...just isn't right.  They know exactly what they are doing.

Even down to the whole "I love you" whisper by Cindy and Casey turning away...its ALL planned!  I'm so mad about it too!  Poor Caylee.

I'm thinking it looks kinda like Caylee is afraid to go up and Cindy has hands directly on her as if guiding.  I know it's a "Caylee look at the camera" type of pic but she's looking kind of fretful about going up.
