I do not think that is Caylee....the sneakers are just off, I dont remember Caylee having bulky sneakers, the legs seem longer

Look at where her knees are. She looks longer from the knees up and out of proportion.

Good Morning...took me a little while to catch up. Now about the pics presented in court today....

In the pics of Caylee and Cindy at the pool ladder, the DT claims Caylee could easily have climbed into the pool herself. If you look very closely, it could be that Caylee is climbing OUT of the pool, I noted the hair at the base of her neck appears wet (so does Cindy's), it could be from the FL heat, but it also could be the opposite of what the defense is trying to claim.

Same thing with the pic of Caylee at the sliding glass doors...the DT is claiming she could reach the latch and OPEN the slider. My theory is Caylee had just come in from playing outdoors, and knowing the doors were kept closed, she was shutting the door, either on her own (some kids this age are usually very, very compliant with household safety rules), or by direction of the adult that is with her. I also find it takes more strength to push open a slider, than it does to slide it shut....just saying, especially since I don't trust the A's or the DT.
