Cindy is crazy for even mentioning that's why she was searching! Hell, if bamboo were poisonous to dogs, people in Japan China Vietnam etc wouldn't eat them! Wth! All of their resident cats & dogs would be dead with all the freaking bamboo growing there!

i think that Casey is trying to take cues from Cindy as to when to cry and what to make it look like.  I wonder if maybe Cindy won't suddenly decide she WAS home from work that day.  I wouldn't put it past Cindy to think that she could get away with saying, oh yeah, that drowning - i just remembered that!

Well, I hope the A's realize that by helping to imply that a drowning occurred, they are also implying all the rest, including George's coverup and molestation of his daughter.Since this is okay with them, they better know THEY CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS! They can't play the victims and still try to help their 'victimizer' Casey. If they go along with the defense theory of drowning, then they are admitting to it all, regardless of what they say through their tool of an attorney, out of the hearing of the jury.

Cindy should be crying for the lack of caring and love for her grand baby Caylee.

Don't worry Cindy about your tears, they are not half as much as the tears that Caylee is crying in Heaven wondering why you could care less about providing justice for her.

One thing is for certain, Caylee is with someone who cares all about her and loves her and would never hurt her ... her real Father.

who cares what cindy says about the ladder being left down.  The defense claimed George was there and found the body.  unless they believe george is lying, that story is disproven.  I don't see why it matters what cindy says about the ladder.

They want to blame both grandparents, taking it totally out of Casey's hands.   Cindy left the ladder up, George disposed of his granddaughter.

I want to know the date on these new pool photos.  Old or new?   And why would a careful grandparent prop the ladder there to begin with?  That would just be begging a child to climb on it.

The only accident per say that it could have been was that she overdosed her with with something illegal while she was in the trunk or somewhere else.

So Caylee did this herself...she got out of the house unseen, climbed on the ladder and ended getting up and into the pool, she drowns.  Explain the duct tape verses a 911 call?

I thought Spitz had ruled out Caylee committing suicide..maybe now they are going to say that Caylee did commit suicide.... the whole family is sick!
