I don't understand why nobody asks why they ALL waited til now to tell all this ?
In my book they're all amoral..whether a grown man was't "invited" to his nieces birth must have been a slight, but comeon, it's a trauma that the whole family sobs about still??

The bottom line is: the whole family has sold their souls and will say whatever is needed. We can analyze the tears, the lies, the smirks til we're blue in the face but it won't ever make this farce make sense. The A's and her attys are unconcerned with truth or kc's mental probs or anything else.

I think was is pathetic and reprehensible by BAEZ is he is trying to get some AHA moment out of Lee that meolested his sister. When the fact of the matter is that he is hurt by the allegations.

BAEZ and Casey's plot was to ruin every body and destroy them at all cost.

I wonder if for some brief moment that casey reaslized she might have just hurt the only true friend in Lee she ever had? Even Casey might have had a moment of weakness and a heart. She knows she has devasted Lee by her accusations.

I am going to be very interested to see what the STATE does after the defense rests to explain Cindy's lies on the stand of the searhes, her employment records, etc. She has not stopped lying since she was on the stand.

Boy, I sure hope Linda/Jeff get wind of what the public is thinking about this photo.

Personally, the "feet/shoes" look too big to me to be Caylee.

I did. My brothers were all at the birth of my babies. (not in the delivery room ) We are a very close family and everyone is excited when we have new babies in the family.

My brothers were in the waiting room with my father.  They all watched my babies being cleaned up in the nursery.  They were all pale as ghosts after delivery when seeing me in my room.  Seems they had a bit more respect for women after.  lol

No, I never called my siblings..I called my mom and she told everybody.

I did on two of my four kids - one I was estranged from my family and one we were all together when I told them. I do not find it strange not telling Lee EXCEPT when he asked - then it should have been an open topic - especially when they were living in the same house. My family never came up to see me except with my first kid.

hmm I don't know if I should feel sorry for him. But I can say atleast he is not out with Mason and the Anthony's making up a story. Baez kept asking him if there was another reason he was hurt and he said no. So Baez wanted him to say that because he molested or dad molested Casey but couldn't because he knows it was a lie.

For those of you asking I get why Lee was so hurt by the pregnancy. I have a son and duaghter ... they are very close . When my son found out that his 18 year old sister was pregnant with my grandson. he was devestated. He was sad for several reasons ..... disappointment, (wanted more for her in life) , could not believe we didnt tell him right away. Pissed at the father of the baby feeling he was trying to trap her ... he cried just like Lee.

And that is exactly why I think Lee was hurt and he would have made it be known that is why he was never really told

There is another blonde lawyer (Capp will know her name) the one who was arrested for beating her boyfriend with a perfume bottle.  She is a paid consultant for the dufense and pops up all over the place as well.  Dr. Drew likes to have her on.

Andrea Lyon has latched onto Anderson Cooper and is there often trying to show her softer side, though it is not working

I thought Cindy had stated in her testimony that they weren't allowed to show overtime on their time cards, I just heard that testimony replayed on TV a little while ago.  The time cards posted earlier in this thread? (I can't find them now) prove that is a lie.  Several of them had over 40 hours.  

Anything over 40 hours is overtime, that's Federal law.

Mallory may be on the defense's witness list and therefore not allowed to attend court. Since her and Lee aren't married and she's not a relative, she would not have a reason or right to petition the court to circumvent the rules stating witnesses are not allowed in court until and after all there testimny is given....I'm just guessing though....Also, Not everyone can keep taking time off of work, especially if the case does not involve a family member...
