How crass of Baez to announce the witness was in the rest room!  He could have said indisposed or would be there momentarily.

I am just totally lost.

Lee was upset because he was not invited to the baby shower?

 I have never been to a baby shower where an uncle or even a daddy was there.. it was only women.

That's the way it is in my family as well.  I was beginning to think we were dysfunctional there for a minute with Lee crying because he wasn't invited.

I think the judge made a serious mistake by letting the Anthonys be in attendance in this trial. They are making their testimony fit to what bozo wants them to say after the other witnesses testify exactly as I expected them to do.

I am thinking they are reading here and when they saw their "fake" picture they had it pulled.

I had heard before that Jurors don't look at the defendant when returning a verdict when it is guilty..perhaps this is the same reason that he jury doesn't look at her that much? one can only hope this is true..

CINDY ANTHONY: Yes. I made that the first week, all those pictures within the first week of Caylee coming home. We had a baby shower. Caylee was born on a Monday night or Tuesday morning, and we had a baby shower for her on that Saturday.
And this was a baby shower present that I put together for Casey, just within that week, with pictures Caylee’s birth announcement.

WHY didnt anyone ask LEE about the allegations from Baez opening statement that he tried to have sex with his sister??????

The Pros. can only ask for clarification that the Def brought up on their cross when it is the Defense witness.

It would be up to the Defense to do that this time around.

Now, on the rebuttal....it COULD be brought up if the Pros. thinks they need to.

KC didn't have any prenatal care until June at the earliest. She's so damn irresponsible I doubt she had any idea when her LMP was, plus she was claiming Jesse was the father....The due date was probably determined by an ultrasound and they can be off a month one way or the other. Anyone remember how much Caylee weighed at birth? That would be a better indicator of whether she was premature, rather than an ultrasound..IMOO

Sorry, but I disagree. My son was born a month early and weighed 8.5 lbs. And I knew the exact date of conception, so it was not off.

I still think Casey told her family that she was pregnant with Lee's baby.  They blamed Lee.  He just found out with the paternity test.  If they thought anyone else got her pregnant, they would have insisted on support.

In our area it is more like a big party for all the members in the family and their friends. I have been to many baby showers with men and women. The prospective father usually helps open the gifts for the baby.

Turbo! Think you could use this site to check on that pic, it's sort of a reverse google for images. It should work on any photo thats ever been uploaded. I don't know how to even start using it though.

A month early by who'se calculation?

Not a ob/gyn because Casey didn't go until her 7th month or so after Cindy knew..and doctor would have gone by any date Casey gave him right for conception......another crock of shit...She was no premmie that's for sure.
