Caylee Marie Anthony MURDER TRIAL- DAY 27- 6/24/11

The black/white sneakers in the picture appear to be the same ones worn by Caylee in this video from her second birthday party, IMO.  http://abclocal.go.com/ktrk/video?id=8155334

The picture in question seems vertically distorted (whether purposely or not), making everything seem taller and thinner.  The item of furniture next to the patio door is a taller piece than in the more recent larger comparison view of the living room.  That throws the proportion off even more.  And to further complicate things, the hairstyle/scarf combination doesn't seem to be a typical Caylee look.

But I'm pretty sure it is probably Caylee in the picture.

Now.  Do I believe little Caylee could have opened the inner sliding doors and the exterior doors on her own and caused her own drowning death, which was then diabolically covered up by her child-molesting, former LE, "JoJo," his pal the morally bankrupt, duct-tape wielding body snatcher/hider/arranger Kronk, and the REAL victim in all of this:  Caylee's loving "mother of the year" who managed to disguise shock and grief by avoiding Cindy, getting a Bella Vita tattoo and living it up on stolen money for 31 days?

No way, Jose.  And I seriously doubt the jury will buy the lame mess he's trying to sell.

Very eye-opening stuff coming from Lee himself back in July 2009.

Casey was "Daddy's little girl."

Lee was a "Mama's boy."

Cindy was "the head of the household."

Lee mentions more than once that as children, he and Casey had to compete for the approval and attention of their parents, and that this led to some bitter feelings.

And as has been pointed out, his testimony today in court contradicted much of what he told the State in his depo.

Someone here (I forget who and which page, sorry.) was inquiring about Casey's height.  So far I've seen two jail/court documents where one lists her as 5'2" & 105 lbs. and the other states she's 5'7" 140 lbs.  Such a big discrepancy there.  I'd guess she's 5'7" based on the length of her neck that I'd like to strangle and the fact that the duhfense keeps lowering her chair.  Can anyone confirm height?

I've heard that as well.  And if the tales of George having a gambling problem are true, then that's probably why the house is in her name only.

I read 5'2" somewhere & one of the talking heads said the same thing addshe was "tiny".  I'm 5'0" even and she looks to be my size or little taller.

One more thing.  Comments today regarding the Anthonys' possible strategizing as a family to thwart justice for Caylee, reminded me of the ungodly posturing Cindy used toward Tim Miller back in 2008.

Poor Caylee!  There are no "winners" in this awful tragedy.

But may all her wonderful heroes, and all those who have been hurt by the Anthonys' lies, and may all those who have come to love her, find over the next couple of weeks that there can and will nevertheless be JUSTICE.

Interesting.  Darn, I wish I could remember where I saw the 5'7" info.  I'm pretty sure it was a court docket that was posted here on the thread from either yesterday or the day before.

Night monkeys!  I hope those of you on here are by choice and it's not because you can't sleep.  I hope I'm the only one suffering that fate.  I know that precious angel knows we all care about her and are trying desperately to get justice for her.  Now "my" little angel is finally asleep so I'm going to "try".  See you in the a.m.  Dream of Caylee running & jumping!

Does anyone remember a death penalty packet being put together with pictures showing Casey as a normal child with a normal family in case she was found guilty, I think they were going to try to use it to save her life?  At the time I believe Baez said it was accidentally released, but who knew what to believe?  I was just wondering if we could find that if we might find Casey in the dress with the scarf?

I agree, that's the shoes!  Still something's not quite right about that picture!

OMG...Desdemona, what a super sleuth you are!  Yeah, those are definitely the shoes.  But I agree with texasmom:  there's still something fishy about the photo.  As just look how tiny Caylee is in the video.  So very tiny.  Huh.  And it's really sad to hear that "Girl, you'll be a woman soon" song sung to her.  Thanks to Casey that'll never happen now.

(I'm off for the night but I hope someone puts Desdemona's awesome discovery video on tomorrows thread for all the sleeping monkeys to see.)
