Last night, Geraldo Rivera was on a number of different shows.  His message was mainly that it was the "Judge's fault" that Baez is having trouble because the Judge won't let him bring in his witnesses and his evidence that Baez wants to bring in.  Geraldo said that the Judge is extremely pro-prosecution.

I knew right then there was going to be trouble - even more trouble - between Baez and the Judge.

This is war - the Judge has already told Baez he would address contempt charges and the end of the trial - Baez's personality will never let that stand - he's like a bull in a China shop!!

Red reminded me of this video of the Larry King show from December 9, 2008 (2 days before Caylee's remains were found).  If you were aware that Caylee drowned in the pool, how could people be threatening you?

Local 6 News Gets Exclusive Tour Of Anthony House During Interview
Caylee Anthony, 3, Last Seen In Mid-June

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Local 6 News reporter Jessica D'Onofrio was granted an exclusive tour of the home of Casey Anthony's parents, who say they have have proof that their granddaughter, Caylee, is still alive.

"Having Thanksgiving come, it's not going to be our normal, you know, our normal Thanksgiving," Cindy Anthony said.

"A lot of people want to say, 'Cindy and George are in such denial. Why can't they see it the way we see it?'" D'Onofrio said.

"Until I know 100 percent, I am not going to give up," Cindy Anthony said. "There's no concrete evidence. There's only circumstantial evidence."

Cindy Anthony told D'Onofrio that Orange County sheriff's detectives admitted to her that the evidence found in Casey Anthony's car -- the smell of death, a stain, decomposition of human remains -- does not prove that Caylee is dead or that Casey Anthony killed her.

Cindy Anthony said she's upset that the sheriff's office has apparently rushed to judgment by not searching for Caylee.

Cindy Anthony recounted the days when her daughter was first bailed out of jail.

"Casey didn't want to come in (her bedroom) at first because this is where she and Caylee spent most of their time," Cindy Anthony said. "We got an air mattress and she wanted to stay in our room -- and we have a big enough bedroom that she had a big enough space -- for the whole first week."

Casey Anthony's bedroom is covered with pictures of Caylee, from ultrasound images to her birth and several pictures of them together.

"It became more comforting for her to be here. She'd sleep with (her) Teddy (bear). And it was hard. Very, very hard," Cindy Anthony said.

Cindy Anthony said going into Caylee's room is not easy to do.

"This is Caylee's room. It's very hard to come into now. And people are going to start to send Christmas presents already to Caylee," Cindy Anthony said. "I open the door a couple of times a week. I was in her room earlier today, sitting and reflecting and crying."

Cindy Anthony said she will likely go Christmas shopping for Caylee, too.

"I think about the days she'd go into her little cottage and she'd ring the little doorbell and she'd go, 'Ding dong," said George Anthony from his back yard.

Hi,

So where did we get this Caylee picture? Was it screen captured from someone here? This picture here and the pic on TV look different I really think someone just stretched it.Also I went to save it to do a photoshop to see what it would look like if i stretched it  and the photo itself is named Caylee streched...

The photo was submitted into evidence by the defence to support Baez's opening statement allegation that Caylee was a victim of an "accidental" drowning.

I understand that my question is people are speculating about a picture not being Caylee but the picture they are speculating about is not the true picture. The one posted here has been stretched to make it appear Caylee was taller

And if Caylee was thinner and taller, she would have had no problem with those size 24 month shorts.

Notice the shape of the head with the kerchief straps, for lack of a better word. 

In the top photo, the head appears roundish, in second picture, the head appears ovalish.

So here is a guy who got his hand spanked today again by Judge Perry and Baez had the audacity to mouth off back to Perry of what the defense would and would not agree to. UNREAL. Like he has a choice in the matter when the Judge decides that. He is an arrogant SOB who will get his when this case is over. I would be shocked if the FL State Bar does not sanction him this time. He has been an embarrassment.

So there is a depo for expert and no Baez to be found. Also no Mason. So the two top atty's are not present. Are you serious?

I guess Baez had more important things to do today like take pics with groupies.

Think about it ... he had no other plans. he was supposed to be in court all day with this trial until Perry called a recess to Monday.
